What about the Irish Pub, I forget the name. Will that be closing as well???

Raglan Road is not actually owned by Disney, so my guess is that they will stay open. It's really more of a restaurant with Irish music than a nightclub. Plus, it does attract families and the 'older' crowd and always seems to be packed these days.

We saw Wall*E this afternoon and loved it!

I was reading a trip report on the current Magic sailing and they have someone from Pixar sailing with them (they premiered the show last night at sea).

You know we wanted to watch the 3rd Pirates movie on the ship last year but they always had it on so late that it would end around 1am. A little to late for my blood

Got some pool time in today. It was very hot.

Dan- sorry I cut you off yesterday, one of the boss's walked into my office and needed some info.

Heard from Scott today, he is loving New Zealand. He said it has been cold and rainy. He has done some cave and waterfall sailing. He emails every few days. The hostels must have computers. He spent a few days in Sydney before flying to New Zealand. Have not heard from # 2 son, he is not allowed to call but he hasn't written. He will be home on the 11th.

Button Reminder!

Cut-off for the buttons will be Monday September 1st. That gives us enough time to get them all made, sorted by stateroom and figure out how we are getting them to FL.

The buttons are our gift to everyone from the group. There is no cost to you but we do ask two things. 1) you be a member of the DIS group since the buttons are designed to signify that you are part of the DIS and a way for us all to recognize each other. What does being active mean? Simple just post to this thread. It doesn't have to be every day or even every week. Just stop in and introduce yourself. Of course the more you participate the more fun you'll have but that is just my humble opinion. 2) we need your stateroom number. If you don't want it posted online we will respect that. The reason we ask for your stateroom number is that in the event you don't make it to either of the two meets we can still get your buttons to you. We have had instances in the past where people gave us there info and never showed up and we were left with now useless buttons since they are customized with your names.

Full info on how to give us info can be found in the very first post on this thread. Of course participation is completely up to you. Just didn't want anyone who wanted to have one to miss out. We are currently up to 96 buttons being made. I can tell you it is great to be able to spot a fellow DISer around the ship and just say hi!

12 weeks yikes it will be here sooner than you know it. We have one trip to NY in July then it's on to the cruise!!!

Don't forget to let em know if you want your dining to be linked to others from here. I only have 15 so far so unless we get more it's not worth doing. So please let me know.

Lots of rain. thunder & lightning today. So the traffic was awful since every one who can't be on the beach was trying to go shopping.

We were hoping Patrick would have Friday of from ROTC and we could go up to see him. But we haven't heard a word from him. I guess it will be a quiet week end around here.
