It finally Friday. So that takes another week off the work schedule until cruise time. Woo Hoo.

Of course, I am getting into vacation mode for my upcoming DVC vacation to Hawaii. Only 3 weeks left and I haven't even pack the first thing.

Hey everyone! It has been SOOOOO LOOONNNGG since I have posted on this thread! So much going on in the past few months, including us relocating to Florida! Thank goodness we finally got out of that Michigan cold! LOL!

I will try to read through some of the old posts, but I cannot promise anything! All I can say is that we are so excited as we get closer to the cruise!

Good morning everyone! We are docked at Port Canaveral and they are unloading the ship! I'd be sadder if it wasn't for the fact that we have this cruise coming up in September. I feel very blessed to get to be on both ships in the same year.

We head to WDW this morning and I'm sure I'll check in from there.

Good morning everyone! We're here at Boardwalk and enjoying a day when we get to sleep in. So why am I up at 6 am? Internal clock I guess.

Yesterday was pretty uneventful. Got off the ship quickly and efficiently and then Mark went to get the car at Avis. When he came back we packed the car with our luggage and took Mike over to National to pick up their car. Only problem was National wasn't open yet (but was due to be). Hopefully the owner there showed up soon. Got to Boardwalk to find our room wasn't ready yet so we headed on over to Epcot. Finally got in our room at 2 but we were beat by that time so just rested for a while. Around 4 we headed out to Publix to pick up some drinks/snacks for the rest of our stay and then drove through Chick-fil-a for dinner. There was a Nascar race on last night so we opted to stay in for that. My back started bothering me on on Friday so I wasn't up for a lot more walking anyway and then we got hit by some rain in the evening so we were quite happy to just be staying "home". We got a great view of Illuminations from our balcony so we got to see that as it is one of our favorites.

Don't have much of a plan for today. Maybe Magic Kingdom. This is still very much a relaxing and play it by ear vacation for us.

Good morning Mary and Mark. Im glad you guys had a great cruise. I think a few of us got our 2008 Members Cruise information kit. we receivied ours friday. Mary about the sleep thing we havve been retired almost three years and I still wake up 5:30-6:00 most every. Once in a while I will sleep until 7:00. after getting for 26 years same time I guess the old bod won't change .
The weather here this weekend has been all rain. It's due to clear up tomorrow.
Hi Joan hope you guys are having a great weekend. I think Nancy will be giving you a call this week. I think she wants to shoot the breeze anyway and discuss Parlo's.

Glad you are back safely Mary. Enjoy The World! We got our cruise planning kit Friday as well. One of the things Mack and I love so much about Disney is how "over the top" they do everything. I mean look at that planning kit - it could have been packaged much more simply and not published as nicely. It wouldn't have been Disney-esque had it been done that way, of course. Disney just makes everything so special and so different.

I haven't received my package yet. The girls are really excited to be going on the cruise again but not as much as my sister is. We are counting the days down. The package would make it seem that much closer.

On another note...anyone every use the nursery before? Now that we have DD#3 I'm debating how we will go about her care. She'll be 1 May 30th but due to coming 3.5 months early she's still very tiny. Any info. would be great!

Good morning everyone. Happy Monday!

Heading out to enjoy our last full day at WDW!

Yesterday we did the Hollywood Studios in the morning, then went back to Epcot for a short visit in the afternoon and then over to Downtown Disney.

We did a couple of firsts (for us) yesterday. Saw the Beauty and the Beast show for the first time. Cute and kind of reminded me of the shows we see on the ship. We did the new Spaceship Earth for the first time. Funny ending for those who have seen the new one. We also ate at Portobello Yacht club for the first time. Very good meal.

We called it an early evening. I did some laundry, relaxed in the tub and just enjoyed our "home".

Today we will be going to the Magic Kingdom and then meeting up with friends for a late lunch at Kona Cafe. Then it will be time to pack up as we have a very EARLY flight out tomorrow.
