Personally I just want to be safe and not be near any storms. I don't want huge waves that could make me or my family sick. And I just want to be able to leave and return as scheduled.

I hope that isn't asking for too much Although all this activity is making me quite nervous as we leave two weeks from tomorrow.

tomorrow is 3rd anniv. of Katrina. How ironic is that!

I never thought of that. Wow! It has been three years. Some of the evacuees from NO made their way to Dallas after Katrina. They're still here three years later. When I open my internet, MSN is my homepage. It has an article on whether the levees will hold if Gustav makes it to New Orleans. I don't think that even should have been an issue. You would have thought that problem would have been taken care of during these past three years.

The residents of New Orleans are in our prayers.

Shouldn't our cruise documents be here soon??????? I've got both sets of Magical Express tags now. Where's my DCL tags?

I love Disney mail. Who doesn't. I've peeked into our mailbox every day, in hopes of our DCL packet. Since we are only going to CC, are we still required to complete the Bahamas Immigration form? Whenever someone receives their packet, please let us know. Thanks!

I am getting antsy for this trip. I need this vacation! I always feel like I am going to start crying at the Sail Away Party when they start playing the song "On My Way" - by Phil Collins. We usually have one major vacation a year. All the planning and anticipation seems to become reality for me when we're waving "Good Bye" to Port Canaveral and "Hello" to the Caribbean. Anyone else get misty-eyed during the Sail Away Party? Maybe, I'm just bananas????? It also gets me when they play that song at the kid's graduation. I know the cruise is coming to an end the next day.

Does everyone have passports or are birth certificates with a picture id still valid? We all got our passports for our cruise last year. So, that's not an issue with us. I'm just curious if we spent all that $$$$$ last year for nothing. (I've never spent more than $400 at the Post Office before. )
