The toy story in DL has no fast pass, so I didn't wait the 2 hours. MGM has one but they go fast so go there first. It is really cute but it's a quick ride with a long wait. But since September is much less crowded than May when we were there lets hope we can ride it again.

I tivo'd the DCL and Samantha Brown on travel channel! Can't wait to watch them! I believe I've seen the DCL one before, but thats ok!

Yes I have done TSM at Hollywood studios, it is a great ride.

It's fun and they have alot of cute stuff in the que. I think buzz is more fun. On Toy story you are shooting at a screen and not things. It's also very quick and you can't see the car next to you. So we were three and it was like I was riding alone. But it's new and it's worth the wait at least once.

Taking PTO today and the baby is sick. No fun for me. But I did manage to get my dd (12 and tomboyish) to buy 2 dresses for the cruise! YAY!

We also got our train tickets the other day so now I feel like it's really official.

I have been reading that the wait has been over 2 hours at times and that the single rider can close early.

I'm not sure how the wait times will be considering that there will be food and wine and Mickey's not so scary.

I see from your name that you are in N.C. - we used to live in N.C. and never considered the train. I assume you mean Amtrack. Where from / to? Have you done this before? Is it a long ride? I love trains - I took tikimimi on a train on the day I proposed to her. Do you mind providing some details? Thanks.

Awwww...that's so sweet. Yes we live in the Raleigh/Durham area so we are taking Amtrack from Raleigh to Kissimmee. It takes about 13 hrs with all the stops but it's not bad because you leave at 9:30pm and get there around 11am and on the way back you leave around 6pm and get back at 8:30am. This gives the kids enough 'explore the train' time but then they sleep the rest of the way. My husband has to have a seat with an outlet so he can watch movies because he's a late owl. It's just like driving down but you don't have to stop for food or restrooms and it's a lot cheaper than paying gas prices. RT tickets is around $95 per adult and kids are half price. Overall it just adds some extra fun to the trip in a different mode. When you are traveling in big groups it works well.

We are back from the Baltics. What an absolutely fantastic trip! The Crown Princess is a beautiful ship, but it took me awhile to warm up to her. I kept comparing Princess to DCL, and meanwhile DD was the one that kept saying, "I love Princess!"

I think we're going to sacrifice our B2B on the Magic next year, so we can do a 12 nt Med cruise on Ruby Princess. We were so busy with the itinerary (7 countries in 10 days) that we didn't get to spend a lot of time on the shipboard activities. Since we've already done the Med we can spend more time on Ruby next summer.

I can't wait to hear where DCL will be going in 2010, as we definitely can't go too long without a Disney cruise!

Hi everyone! It's been a while since I've posted here - it's been a very busy time tho with my grandsons and the momma-to-be of twins - getting the new nursery ready and they all have me hopping.

I am happy to report that my traveling starts again next week - I'm heading out to Calif to spend some time with my aunt for her 80th birthday - not sure what we'll be doing but hope to get down to DL or CA one day at least.

I'm really starting to get excited for this cruise - it's been way too long since I've been on DCL.

Looks to be a very fun group here and looking forward to meeting you all!
