My DW and I well be joing you fine people for our first member cruise.

Ok we are now booked into the same state room 7536 on the 9/15.three.day cruise so we are doing the back to back and we don't even have to pack up or unpack.

I'm not even going to get into the middle of a football rivalry...I'm not into sports all that much. I know after this next statement you're going to think I'm strange; I like the Cubs and the White Sox. They're both CHICAGO teams, so why do I have to pick one over the other?

Can anyone tell me how to change the join date under our profile. We put the date of August 2009 as the date we joined disboards instead of the date we became DVC members in August 1997. HELP

WOW!

My DS is also a Boy Scout. He crossed over from Cub Scouts back in March. He started as a Tiger so we have been involved for many years also.

My youngest started as a Tiger and oldest as a Bear the same year. My BFF invited my oldest along to a recruiting thing that she was taking her boys to and signed them all up. Then came home and told me I was going to be her assistant den leader. Eight years later, her kids aren't in Scouting anymore and I'm now the troop advancement chair.

The SSMC09 was my first cruise and I did not sign up since I was travelling with my 2 kids. I was worried about making other people sit with children that may not have wanted to.

Maybe the kids will all want to sit together?

I am not sure if he wiped out or what but both pedals are broken and he hasn't even had it a year.

My 15 year old does the same thing to his bikes! Last two bikes, he's broken the pedals off!

5 tonight a sailway pary, we watch the wonder sailaway (later the dream) from port watching the port cams etc. Come join us.....

I don't think you can change it. I believe it's automatic from when you registered for the DISBoards.

I think, and someone correct me if I'm wrong, that the join date is automatically included when you sign up on the Disboards. At least I couldn't find anywhere in the user CP where it could be changed

Karen, that is too funny and too true about how most people get involved. I've been in since the oldest who is now 27 was a tiger - you do the math!! And I am also the troop advancement chair!

HI Shawn, Me too. Sent him and e-mail yesterday and nada yet.

BTW I don't know if you saw the posts but Marsha volunteered to keep track of the and posts. Wally will take care of the prizes for the winners. Marsha will also continue to do our Sunday countdown. Debbie volunteered to head up the FE a page or two back if you want to copy the info for page one. Yay Debbie!

Oh boy now we got to keep up with four cruise threads SSMC10, SSMC11, May15 and Sept. 18th! This oughta be fun
