I heard they have great parmesean fries!

I have no idea what poutine fries are. Parmesean fries are usually regular fries drizzled with a touch of olive oil and then freshly shredded parmesean cheese that partially melts on them. Soooooo good.

Ok - googled poutine fries. French fries with cheese curds and brown gravy. Doesn't sound too appetizing to me.
