6oz. Dark Rum
6oz. Light Rum
8oz. Orange Juice (no pulp)
12oz. Passion Fruit Juice
8oz. Cream of Coconut
2 cups of ice

Mix all in a blender and blend until smooth.

Conch Cooler Recipe (makes 4-6 servings)

6oz. Dark Rum
6oz. Light Rum
8oz. Orange Juice (no pulp)
12oz. Passion Fruit Juice

I have my orange juice and passion fruit juice frozen into ice cubes so I just put 1 of each in the blender with rum and coconut and ice and make individual ones. That way I always have the OJ and PFJ on hand. Today will be a good day for one - supposed to get up to 85 degrees!

You taken that with you in a few days? We had talked about that several thousand posts ago. They were saying you could make shakes and blizzards with it too but you gotta bring your own cookies and candy. I have a hand blender we're gonna take. Maybe I'll seek out my own Magic Bullet too.
