Well we are back from WDW!!!! Don't know why I put exclamation marks there, because I an NOT happy about being home. Had a wonderful time, great meals, and awesome company (Jim and Lilly)! Met up with Wally and Terrie on Monday afternoon at Olivia's at OKW. Had a great meal with a key lime tart and took some great pictures. Met up with Dan and Sue on Monday night for a few minutes at Hollywood Studios then had lunch with them on Tuesday at Cosmic Ray's at Magic Kingdom. Everyone was so nice and we had some great conversation. Really liked OKW and will probably stay there again.

While at WDW booked 5 nights in March at Port Orleans-French Quarter (thanks, Wally). Five nights before our Dream Cruise on March 31st!!! Can't wait. Well, must go and start laundry and clean up all our purchases. Hope everyone is doing well and hope you have all recovered from the holidays. Talk soon.

Yeah, did not quite go as planned did it. Oh well, there is always next year. We pretty much decided if we get this game we would not make it past the Steelers anyway. I do not think the Jets will either but good luck to them. I would like to see them go all the way. Anyway team but Bela"cheats" Patriots..smjj.

HEY!!! You'll be at WDW the same time as us!!! We're leaving here on 3/25 driving to WDW. It takes us about 18 hours to get there, so we'll be there on 3/26. We are planning on getting together with Terrie & Wally....we'll have to plan to get together with you guys, too! We'll be staying at AKV in a Savannah view. I CANNOT WAIT!!!!

COOL!!!! That's funny....normally we fly but we're trying to keep this vacation as cheap as possible, so we're driving. Good luck finding airfare! That's awesome that you & Jim finally have the same Spring Break!

Yep, my kids are on Spring Break that week, too. This is the first time since they've both been in elementary school (three years) that they'll have Spring break together. My DD was in a special needs class in another school district (until this year) and they had a different Spring Break. It's soooooo early, but I'm hoping that will help keep the crowd level low at WDW.

Happy Sunday everyone!

I was up before the sun to catch early church and then in training with the fire dept. all day long. It is pretty cold out there when you are in the elements for close to 8 hours straight.

I finally made it home so now it is warm clothes, football and my puppies.

Kelly, Mark and I are going in April for a trade convention. He surprised me and already booked SSR. Last night we found tickets on American for 221 each, we grabbed them. We are very happy with that.
We are going to do the wedding planning on the 22 this month for 5 days. I'm excited we have April now too!

Ohhhh!! I have been meaning to ask you how the wedding plans are going. So you will have more details in a few weeks, I see. That is just so exciting!!! When is the wedding again....this summer??

Hi all!

I pulled an all-nighter on Tuesday night at my boys' Boy Scout "Big Event". Usually the biggest part of the night is taken up by video games, but this year's big hit was the Nerf gun fight. It went on for HOURS! They had a great time. The adults played board games and chatted. My sleep is all messed up now though. I slept from midnight to six and then was wide awake. I got up, showered, turned on the Doctor Who marathon on BBCA and feel asleep on the sofa for about three hours. Ack!

Today is our 17th wedding anniversary. Jason has to work tonight. So, we don't have any plans. But, at least he came home this morning and remembered it was our anniversary. Even brought me a Starbucks. See how easy to please I am? He's so lucky.

Thanks! LOL Yeah, no kidding, right? Luckily it was a small wedding, but we did it at home and the MIL and I did everything ourselves. Crazy!!

How have things been since you got home from the trip? Are you back into "normal" mode yet?

Do you plan on doing a before/after stay or will you be coming in day of cruise?

Ok, I have formally done my interrogation so I can stop now.

Things have been busy since our Disneyland trip, but they are starting to normalize now.

We are actually planning a before AND after stay along with the B2B cruises. I'm debating spending the first to days at Universal. We (well, technically "my guys") have never been to UO. I went once, like 25 years ago, but don't remember much about it. We did Universal Hollywood last month and didn't care too much for it, but I've heard good things about UO, especially the WWoHP part. Right now we are planning 8-10 days before the B2B cruises and then probably another two nights at WDW after the cruises. So, we'll need APs or those YES tickets so we can go back into the parks after the cruise.

If we stay over by Universal for the first three nights and near the port for one night before the cruise, and I rent (or transfer) a few points, we can stay in a 2 bedroom at OKW, rather than the one bedroom I had originally planned for. Having two bathrooms was REALLY nice at VGC. I think I got spoiled.
