hi chuck, how are you. Thought about you last night. My son and i went to the hockey hall of fame game in toronto. Ofcourse toronto lost again in a shootout. Thats the first time ive been to a hockey game in ages. Watching it live in my opinion you notice the play isnt as good as it was 30 years ago.

of course when you go from original 6 to the talent level now, the product has been kind of watered down. Today's hockey player I think is faster due to the fact that the clutching and grabing part of the game is gone but the players way back overall I think were a lot tougher. Game still is the best game in town and is still worth watching. I was in the hockey hall of fame several years ago. We had our league meetings up there and the NHL opened up the hall of fame an hour earlier for us to go use and it was a pleasure to walk around and do all of the games without any crowds around. The hall brought back many fond memories of a kid growing up and watching some to the players ensrined into the HOF.

The Maple Leafts started out of the gate great and was surprising many people but than after 2 weeks reality hit and the team is starting to play at the level that was expected. Give Brian Burke some time. Look what he did with the Ducks and the Canucks. Both owners had patience and look at what was accomplished. The Maple Leafs and Canadians are like the Yankees of baseball, have to have a winning season every year and sometimes the fans forget to look to the future and see the young kids progressing and getting better every game. Give the youth some time there and I thing by the middle of next season you should see the Leafs fighting for a decent playoff spot. If they make it this year it will be due to some teams struggling down the stecth and the Maple Leafs getting hot.

Talk to you soon and take care of those blisters!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Does anyone have a virtual porthole?

I want to visit someone who has one to look at it. I said earlier, we normally book an inside room and, was looking forward to seeing it in action but, they were all gone by the time we go thru.

And no, I'm not gonna trade rooms for the cruise. :)

:banana:We do! Very excited about it! :yay:
