Wally works on computers. I am going to guess that he has a couple of them going at any given time, and probably has a script that automagically refreshes the page with a 2 second delay so he can see where the post number is. ;)

Interesting hypothesis Dan... =)

Where is Wally anyway?? Did he just swoop in to claim his prize and then take off??? I DON'T think so!!!!

Sorry Kelly, I had to drive home from watching the football game; and I'm not as talented as Dan is (you know, doing 80mph and posting to the boards).

Well, as much as I would love to try and get to 3800, I am going to try and fall asleep before the storm comes in. That way I will be asleep when it hits, and hopefully I will not wake up. Wish me luck. Good luck to all my Illlini friends, Hoosiers, and Badgers!!

Kelly

Good Night Kelly :cloud9:

Maybe he is embarrassed that a nontechie can figure a way that he does it! :lmao:

Sounds to me like you're quite the techie Dan :thumbsup2

"Actually, it knows where you are, from your DNS, so it pushes local stuff to you. Sort of like when you go to a page from google, it has ads that are related to the page you are on. You can put in your zip code for a local forecast, or put in a foreign city, even Antarctica, if you want your winter to seem much milder! "

Not really. I just know enough to keep my stuff going. And that is getting harder and harder to do! Although, I have made it somewhat easier by getting a Mac.

That's plenty enough to make you dangerous ;)

Well, I am off to bed. I have an early appointment tomorrow! Don't stay up all night!

I'm not really a computer techie, I just play one in the home version of the game. :thumbsup2

Yeah, just about enough to be dangerous. :rolleyes1 I have built one from scratch, done memory and drive upgrades, swaps, and other hardware fixes and adds. That is about it. Programming is not my domain, nor is networking as far as anything beyond the basics enough to keep our network locked down. So, that puts me in the spotlight as the extended family IT guy.

We would be two of the four from WI with our first post. We are still trying to learn what all we need to know about this posting stuff and crusing stuff.:sail:

Hi there! :wave2: and :welcome: to the DISboards! Glad to have you aboard :flower3:

I will be purchasing Duffy in November as a gift for my SIL, who is a bear collector and a Disney geek. Do they sell the outfits in each country in Epcot? I would like to get some lederhosen in Germany if availabale.
This might not be the right place for this question, but you folks are kinda bright and might know.

Hi, my name is Terrie, I love stuffed toys and I am a Disney Geek
I'm not sure if they carry his outfits in each country but they do have most of the countries' outfits, including Germany at the pavillion that is at the beginning of World Showcase heading towards Mexico. If you want to get really cute and all Disney Geek like you can go to Build A Bear and get the Woody from Toy Story outfit and the Buzz Lightyear costume. The Build A Bear clothes do fit Duffy.

I wish! If he did I would have had him do that for my computer during the last Member Cruise thread :lmao:

That's plenty enough to make you dangerous ;)
What, the Mac? :rotfl:

Oooh, Oooh, I want to be dangerous! :cool2: Wally, will you get me a Mac?

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE and WALLY:rotfl2:

WALLY CAN YOU HELP ME? SINCE IM A COMPUTOR TECHNORETARD I NEED TO ASK. I JUST PURCHASED A PIONEER I POD DOCKING STATION FOR LIVINGROOM BUT I WILL TAKE IT OUTSIDE BY THE POOL NEXT SPRING. Ya I got up this morning thinking ya I probably shouldn't go to class... but I did any way. When I got there the sirens were going off and they made us all sit in the basement for an hour and a half before letting us leave. And to make matters even more fun... my prof. found everyone that was there from our class and thought it would be a good idea to have class in the hallway in the basement while everyone else did nothing but talk. lol.

Windy. Widespread showers and thunderstorms in the morning...then mostly sunny in the afternoon. Some thunderstorms may be severe with damaging winds in the morning. Highs in the upper 60s. Then temperatures falling into the upper 50s by evening. Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph. Gusts up to 35 mph early in the morning increasing to 50 mph in the late morning and afternoon. Chance of precipitation 100 percent.

YIKES!! All I can say about that. Lawn furniture is inside as well as Halloween decorations.

Got a call that my waitlist came through today!!

However, DH doesn't want to go....so I've called my sister and if she can go ( she'll let me know tomorrow ) I'll be onboard. Our room is a cat 5 A room 10000.

Hope to see you all soon!
