Interesting. I click on your favorite weather site (centered on Sherwood, IL) and see a political ad for the Governor of Indiana wearing his leather biker jacket.

Wally works on computers. I am going to guess that he has a couple of them going at any given time, and probably has a script that automagically refreshes the page with a 2 second delay so he can see where the post number is.

Actually, it knows where you are, from your DNS, so it pushes local stuff to you. Sort of like when you go to a page from google, it has ads that are related to the page you are on. You can put in your zip code for a local forecast, or put in a foreign city, even Antarctica, if you want your winter to seem much milder!
