Thanks My official title is Health & Safety Specialist. I teach mostly CPR, First Aid, AED classes. I also teach a number of OSHA compliance courses like Fire Extinguisher training, Powered Industrial Truck Safety, Hazardous Communications, Bloodborne Pathogens, Machine Safeguarding, Lockout/Tagout electrical safety etc.

Did you first get involved in that(CPR) because you watched Wally eat? Then decided to make it a career!

Ok, let's try to get to the next pirate/swan.......

What is your absolute favorite Disney Restaurant??? Can be at park, resorts, or Downtown Disney/West Side.

Haven't eaten at too maney sit down places but La Celliar is at the top of that list! I will say that if you want a good hot dog, go to the hot dog stand on the Boardwalk.

Oh the food and service is AMAZING!!!! It is dressy and I am very much at home in a t-shirt flip flops/sneakers . But I will suffer through the process of looking like a girl to eat there Men must wear a jacket (tie not required) and ladies either a cocktail dress or nice pants suit. We have been there twice and are booked for the Queen Victoria room on New Year's Day (my birthday). Been trying to snag the chef's table with no success. I just might make it my mission to get it next year LOL

We ALWAYS make Earl of Sandwich one of our stops. Usually the last day as we procrastinate leaving Best sandwich on property IMO. Just had the holiday sandwich when we met Vicki and Chuck there on Sunday

DINERS DIVES AND DRIVE INS IS A GREAT SHOW. THEY DID A PIZZA PLACE UP HERE CALLED PIZZA JUNCTION. IT IS GREAT. PIZZA AND WINGS ARENT VERY GOOD IN FLORIDA

I know this sounds kinda sad, but at one meal on the last SSMC, I ordered the Mickey Mouse chocolate ice cream on a stick. I love those things. Not a real big dessert fan.

I am sure you will enjoy it very much. I always get the wine pairings with the meal. It makes me try new things. Call 180 days out but remember that they have a different reservation phone number than regular dining. 1-407-939-3862.

I love those things too. They remind me of Klondike bars. I used to get Klondike bars fresh when we would go back home to Pennsylvania when I was kid! YUMMY!
