We are excited for our first Members cruise, this time on the boat without kids and grandkids. We've been on both the Fantasy and the Dream before. Other like-minded adults out there?

We are excited for our first Members cruise, this time on the boat without kids and grandkids. We've been on both the Fantasy and the Dream before. Other like-minded adults out there?

We are in the same boat (no grand kids yet!), our boys are not coming because one just graduated college and has a job and the other one is in college and has class... We decided that we would go anyway, this is our first Disney cruise! We practically live at WDW. Thank you Southwest!

By the way everyone, does anyone have good advice on images or clip art for magnets for our door?
The Dh and I are on our way to DLR right now to have a quick dinner at Disneyland. It's a beautiful warm evening here in So Cal.
Can't wait to meet everyone! Almost done with our FE. I can hear the horn on the ship now!

We are "extremely" young for being the parents of a 29 yo and grandparents to 3 wonderful grandkids! Our first member cruise too. But they all are at home. We hope to bring them all on a cruise soon.

Welcome gramfrog. DW and I are also going without the kids and grand-kids. This is our 2nd member cruise and we are looking forward to it as much as the first.

Evolutions at 3 sounds good. We are grandparents traveling without kids or grandkids in tow - sound like we're not the only ones. We purchased DVC at OKW in 1995 and added on some points at BLT. We have hosted the family at the two resorts and will be doing so again at OKW at Thanksgiving, but it will be just the two of us for the cruise. I've wanted to try a member cruise for several years and am glad to be going.

Can't wait to see who's the youngest of our "old" crew. We've got a ds(29) married, and a dd(24) and were always the youngest parents at back to school night! Kids even had some of the same teachers I had.

Like minded indeed. However, we are on our second member cruise without kids and grandkids. Our oldest son is 40, we had him when we were nine years old. That would make us Jack Benny age. Who the heck is Jack Benny, anyway?. We have 4 grandkids and should have 5 before the end of the cruise. My daughter, having her third child, is insisting we not go on the cruise. Like that will happen. That's what skype is for.

Funny our DS and DIL made a surprise visit from Boston today to announce that we will be grandparents in March. Wife says she is still too young to be a grandma. I said well your birthday is while we are on the cruise, so you'll be older when we get back . . . I gotta learn to shutup.
