Can't believe I missed TOP and 300!!

It is great to see everyone here posting and chatting away. It sure does help the days (and months!) pass quicker, don't you think??????

It is the day before the day before the weekend - can you tell I am ready for Friday? For some reason this week has dragged on and I am ready for dh to be home all day etc. even if it is only for 2 days.

Has anyone else already started shopping for the cruise? I bought matching shirts/shorts for ds and dh at the big Disney Store clearance last week. I also bought ds and dd wetsuit-style swimsuits and two Disney Hawaiian shirts (all on clearance - are you sensing a trend yet!) for dh from Disneydirect. Oh yeah, and cute matching dress for dd and shirt/short for ds from CWD (yes on clearance yet again). I will probably buy ten times more than we need and end up taking only a portion of it but it sure is fun

Okay, off to do some more laundry and clean up around here yet again. Hope you all have a great day and I'll be back to check up on things later today.

HAHA I seriously doubt my kids will be coming along, but I had to get that jibe in there and stir the POT! LOl Congrats on your 1st TOP!! ANd you have officially called 400, huh?? We shall see about that !! mUAHAHAHAHA (evil laugh here) The part I have highlighted in red in your post is how I see my trip as well! Maybe we can drink a frilly frou frou drink together at the adults only pool on honor of our shipmates who kids are keeping them busy, eh??

Now my CJ will be 11 at the time of sailing too! Do you know the grief I would get if I let 11 years olds babysit my 11 year old??? LOL

Uhm.....no? A wee bit happy are we??!!?? I havent even began shopping for my cruise *THIS* September!!

If it makes it sound any better (which I am sure it won't!), I have already done a lot of the shopping for my October and March Disney trips so I had to move onto the cruise or I would have been out of trips to shop for. That makes perfect sense to me at least.

I have been looking at Navigators to get an idea of what time the kids activities are etc. I hope we'll get to see some of them from earlier double-dip cruisers (that would be you Amanda!) so we can have a good handle on what should take place when. Knowing about the kids activities in particular will help in my defense for late seating at dinner! I just keep imagining a few dinners (or at least desserts) with just me and dh at the table - it is actually hard to picture but it sounds so nice!!!!

Gotta finish up with dinner preparations - I'll try to see who is around later.

Good Morning Fellow Cruisers!

Hope everyone is ready for a great weekend - I have been ready for a couple of days!! It is supposed to be sunny and HOT so we'll be swimming for sure. What do you all have planned?

Just as an update - I have not bought anything else for the cruise in the last 48 hours. Pretty good willpower, huh?

Not much else going on around here today - dd and I are going to make homemade chocolate chip cookies - yum!! Hopefully we won't eat them all before dh get home
