I did not see it and may have overlooked it. Please let me know as we like to make shirts for our cruises.

I don't think there is a tshirt design. When you make your tshirts, how do you keep the transfers from cracking after you wash them? The last tshirts I made didn't even make it to the wash, the design started cracking and peeling the first day!

The ones I made last year worked out really well and have lasted a long time. I just made sure that I was leaving the iron on long enough. Last time, I did not and that is when my design started to lift.

JNorris, I have a question for you. For our White House tour and Capitol tour, do we need to dress up? Or are tourist clothes (shorts, tennis shoes, etc. ) ok? We leave this weekend and I am trying to get our outfits lined out.

I'm not JNorris however I remember hearing a NEWS report just in this last week that there is a new dress code for visitors to the Capitol. From what I remembered there are no shorts, Jeans, tank tops, filp flops allowed. I would suggest a comfortable top with a pair of slacks just to be on the safe side.

Wow, I'm glad someone else answered you on this, as I was not aware of a new dress code! I'm pretty sure we all just wore tshirts and shorts when we went to both. Definitely check with your congress representative on that! I hope you all have a fun time in my "second home"!

Bumping our thread back up!!

I'm on vacation this week in Myrtle Beach SC. All we have done is talk about the cruise! When I get back home, I'm gonna start packing!

Tomorrow on the Travel Channel- Disney shows on and off all day long. Disney Cruise is on at 5:00pm eastern. I think I have seen this show at least 10 times, but they have added some new content to it, so I must watch it again!! Set your tivos and your vcr's!!

I went to Target yesterday for a few items for home (laundry detergent, vitamins, etc.). I did notice that there are many POC items at the dollar spot. They have POC pencils, notepads, stickers, etc. I just thought I would pass on the news if any of you are interested. Check out your local Target. I didn't see anything that could be used for pirate's night on the ship though.

I also bought all of our Bonine yesterday (not at Target; they do not carry it). I bought the children's Bonine for youngest DD. I bought adult Bonine for DH, oldest DD, and me.

Now I have to break down and buy the fishnet hose for DDs for their pirate outfits.
