and all of my cruisin' buddies!

It looks like the Nor'easter may finally be breaking up! Yes, Dave, you should be getting the storm we just had! Have fun with that! But I'm glad its leaving here a little earlier than they thought because our Scouts are hiking tomorrow at Valley Forge!

Otherwise, I'll be trying to finish up the other bedroom and get everything that has been sitting everywhere in the house put back together again and hopefully away so that I can finally be finished with all of this!! :rotfl:

We're staying at BLT in a Magic Kingdom view studio. We booked with cash through CRO to replace our cash trip we were supposed to take to Ft. Wilderness this past May. Looking forward to doing MVMCP and the Candlelight Processional. Two of our favorites. A bit sad to hear the Lights of Winter at Epcot will not be up this year as we've always enjoyed that as well.

Hello Everyone! Happy Friday.

No big plans here this weekend. Going to see Becca's musical again tonight. Went last night and the kids did a great job. The show really had some adult humor in it for a high school production. It was very funny in places. Can't wait to see it again tonight.

Then, the rest of the weekend is going to be getting ready to head to Texas. We need to clean up the vehicle, get food stuff around, pack, etc. So, great fun.

Have a great day!:flower3:

Hi Chris - it sounds great so far - and soooooo familiar!! We may have to check to see if your DH and my DH are some how related, because, OH my goodness, this would have been him to a T !!!! :rotfl:

Can't wait to hear more!

Sue, say it isn't so! :scared1: Two of them?????? Oh, well, they are still just big kids at heart. Gotta love um! ;) What else can we do. :confused3

I'll try to get more and photos up this weekend.

Disney coming to China
By Leah Zanolla
Nov 4, 2009

According to the South China Morning Post, a $4 billion Disney theme park in Shanghai has been approved by the Chinese government.

Plans are now able to move forward in the deal between the Walt Disney Co. and China to build a Disney theme park in Shanghai. China's National Development and Reform Commission has approved Disney's plans for the park, which will be built in the fast-growing Pudong district of the city. Shanghai is mainland China's main economic center and is currently preparing for the World Expo, which will open May 1.

The park would be similar to the Magic Kingdom, but would have features unique to the Shanghai area, similar to the other Disney international parks.

"China is one of the most dynamic, exciting and important countries in the world, and this approval marks a very significant milestone for The Walt Disney Company in mainland China," Robert A. Iger, president and CEO of The Walt Disney Company, said in a statement.

Hong Kong Disney was opened in 2005 and Disney also has offices in Shanghai, Beijing, and Guangzhou.

This announcement comes at an interesting time, as President Barack Obama has a visit planned to China later this month.

Have a great day.

Happy Birthday Dave!
