HI Everyone! I'm Back!!
Sorry I worried everyone! Good Morning to all of my wonderful friends!
Thanks for worrying about me, but I guess I've just been caught up with things at home! Going all the way back to last Saturday, the Webelos Pin College that we did with our Scouts was fabulous and all of the boys did a fantastic job - we were so proud of them! It was a long day, and then afterwards, one of our other leaders who works on computers came over to help us get all of the info off our very old computer so that I could finally get rid of it!
Then on Sunday, we went to church and then out to John's camp for the afternoon, and then finished the day with dinner at my mom's!
I can't even remember what I did Monday, but then everything changed on Tuesday - middle DS Tom came home!!!! Yippee!!
And he'll be home most of the month. It is soooo different having him home after he's been out on his own for so long! I keep making the same mistakes - like asking where he's going or what time he'll be back - he's so not used to having to answer those questions!! We're both trying to get used to it again! But I do need to know when he'll be here for dinner and stuff, so I don't understand why it's a big deal to let me know ahead of time! LOL Oh, MOM!!
So I guess I've been caught up in that and trying to get to house decorated for Christmas - I've been in transition for too many days and just can't seem to get enough time to finish!! We even had to go to Dustin's last "make-up" soccer game on yesterday - and we had snow on the ground!! Not much compared to you guys out mid-west, but it was snow non-the-less!!
I was cold!!!
Anyway, I'm finally taking time for myself to sit down and chat with my friends- sooooo - Good Morning one and all!! Man, did I miss you all. Even my DBFF called me and asked if I was alright because she hadn't seen me posting!! Gotta love her - and I do!!!
First and foremost - CHRIS - I LOVE that picture! You are the Best! I'm so glad you like the Sammy, but taking the photo was perfect - it made me feel like I was right there - would have liked to TASTE like I was there, but can't have everything! You know, they only make that brew for Disney and only during the Festival! Man, do I wish they would bottle and sell it!! I don't like all beer, but I like that! Thanks, you're great!
Mary and Mark - your trip sounded fantastic and I'm so glad you are home safe and sound!
Joanne, I know you are probably on your way, but have a safe and wonderful trip to our favorite place!
Flo, thanks for looking for me - and I'm so glad to hear that Bolt is feeling better!
Dianne, you are so busy these days! I have a ton of squares that I have cut old of the boys old shirts and things that I say I'm going to put into a quilt but still haven't - maybe soneday! You'll have to take a picture of it and post it, I'd love to see it!! Good Luck.
Chris and Dave - Congrats on the great bowling! Tom brought his new ball home with him and having had a great series himself in NC, wants to take me out to the lanes to show off!! I'll let you know how THAT goes!
Well, I'll stop and take a breath now and get back on with more as I think about it or with more well wishes that I may have missed! Good to be back!
. I'm just praying that the roads aren't icy in the morning, but since it's snowing now and it's supposed to down into the 20s, I'm getting a little nervous. I don't want to miss that plane!
