Besides, I have all boys - thank goodness - and they are easier (most times) about what they wear!

And after working this many days at a girl scout camp, I'm REALLY glad I have all boys. :lmao:

The link to the Member Gallery can be found on the first post of this thread. Or you can go to the group web site to see the rest of the info for the cruise and then click the "see pictures" link and it will take you to the Member Gallery.

We're staying for 2 nights at BWV in a one bedroom Boardwalk view.

Details for that can be found on the main group web page. Link to that is in the first post.

Have a great time Linda. Say hi from me to Ken, Shari, Scott, Lynn, and anyone else you think I might know on that cruise. :)

Duh!

Well let me start with the one I'm 100% sure of.

In the Karen and Mary picture Karen is on the left side as you look at the picture and Mary is on the right.

I think I'm correct with these other two but Robbie, Cathy or Wendy can correct me if I'm wrong.

I believe in the Robbie/Sandi picture Robbie is on the left and Sandi on the right.

I believe in the Cathy/Wendy picture that Cathy is on the left and Wendy on the right.

:cool1: Well DD got them all correct! :cool1:

Okay, everyone who is using ME and needs more luggage tags for your flight into MCI.

I just called the number that I posted earlier for ME information. I just had to give my name, verify our address and presto - they are sending out the additional tags!! It was simple and quick.

We are flying Southwest, who is still not charging for the first two bags, so even though I usually don't overpack too badly, for the cruise I always like to take some dresses and such, so I will at least have a hanging bag extra.

That sounds like fun to do.

Good luck with your upcomming test.

take care

Thanks Flo!

I got a 10/10 on tonights and the professor actually opened up next week's quiz during class tonight. He said we could complete it anytime between now and the start of next Wednesday's class. :worship: He said he was giving us all a little present. :cool1:

So, I opened it up and completed the quiz as he covered all the material during the lecture.:banana: Another 10/10.

So, that means no quiz next week. No late hours studying the two chapters this week. Maybe I can get time to work on my research paper. What a relief. I really needed this break after several very long days this week.

Fantastic job! Glad you'll get a break - and good luck on the paper! It sounds like you might ace this class! Have a nice end-of-the-week! :thumbsup2

Hey everyone! Thought I would say "Hi" since I haven't been on today. Just haven't had time. I didn't sleep well last night, only two of us in the office today-and we were busy, had to go to my mom's as soon as we got home from work for supper and after that I had to go register my girls for school! Phewwwww.

School registration just about kills us any more. A hundred here, and a hundred there, here a hundred there a hundred everywhere a hundred! :lmao: Then you have all the booster clubs wanting something, lunch tickets-do they really need lunch-:rotfl2:, and activity tickets. :scared1: Is what I looked like when they gave me my bill.

Then this weekend we have to go school supply and clothes shopping :scared1:. It's funny, I thought I was pretty hip, but boy, when it comes to picking out clothes, my girls are really picky. And they tell me I have really bad taste. Awww, I remember telling my mom the same thing. Just never thought it would happen to me. :rotfl:

Oh, Well. :flower3:

Hey, I don't know how old your girls are- but I work at Gymboree (goes up to size 12 in girls) and we are having a pretty good back to school sale. :)

anyway... that's all of the advertising for them!!

when does everyone's kids go back to school? My daughter goes back on September 8th. Her school was under construction so they wanted 12 weeks for summer vacation... so, she will have 1 1/2 days of school and then be gone for a week!! :teacher:

Marsha,
How's little DS feeling these days?

He is doing well. Thank you for asking. He is having trouble at daycare. We switched daycares the beginning of July. Of course, he missed some time during that month due to him having pneumonia and then us going to
NC for the wedding. So, he is just getting used to the new routine. For the past two days he has been coming with note stating that he is having a hard time following directions. They do not want him to run in class and now he has developed the bad habit of saying "no" and screaming if he does not want to do anything. The screaming is grating in my nerves. He just started this. Other than that, he is doing well and I love him to pieces.

Helloe everyone. National Night Out in our neighborhood was a big success last night. We had a great turnout and DS had a blast. He did not want to get wet during the wet down. He did enjoy the ccotton candy and the games. We had a hula hoop and limbo contest for kids and adults and Charles participated in both. It was so cute.

Today was a good day at work. I did not have to put out any fires. I know the upcoming weeks will be hectic. I am preparing to write another brief that is due write before the cruise so I have some busy days ahead. I will need a vacation by the time it is due so I am glad that it will be a few days after I turn in my brief.

Today is my parents' 48th anniversary so I spoke to them. They are doing well and still enjoying each other's company.

I can't believe how fast the weeks seem to be going by. Before we know it, we will be on the cruise. I cannot wait and I look forward to meeting you all.

Boy everyone is getting chatty now! I am so many pages behind! :lmao:

Well, I booked the Radisson near the port last night for the night before the cruise. We really don't know whether we will be staying there or will be staying up at St Augustine for that night, but I figured that I would book it and then cancel if we changed our minds.

Sandi is checking out hotels near St Augustine but hasn't settled on one for us for the Friday (& maybe the Saturday) prior to the cruise.

Robbie-We are staying Sat at the Radisson as well

Good morning everyone - happy Thursday! Had a good day yesterday. We had an ice cream social yesterday to raise funds our our company's team for the Juvenile Diabetes walk. I worked the lunch session and we did pretty well. Then last night I finally started working on our trip spreadsheet. I do a 3 tab Excel sheet that has a grid for all the days on the first tab. Here I list each day and put in any hotel reservations (and confirmation numbers), ADR's and what our plan is to wear for that day (or day & evening on the cruise). The second tab is a packing list and indicates where it should be packed (since we do a garment bag and medium rollaway that we don't use until the cruise and a different medium rollaway that we only use on the road (and don't take with us on the cruise). At least with this I'm feeling a little more in control. :)

well the Disney store has offically misplaced my package, some of the things I ordered are still in stock, so they are going to send me what they can. and express it to me and it should be delivered for free.

I got my ME packet today:cool1: and I only recieved one set of tags. That Ok since I don't plan on taking more than one each on the way down, now on the way back will be a different story. I am flying Southwest, so it should not matter if we have more than 2 on the way back.:banana::dance3::banana::banana:

Sorry to hear about the shipping problem but happy to hear they seem to be taking care of it. I hope the out of stock items weren't you favorites.

Sounds like you have had a really busy day. Just the cruise is almost here and you can relax.

Thanks Flo!

That's great! So happy you have a bit of a break with your quiz for next week done already.

Poor baby. Hopefully he'll get adjusted to the new daycare soon and will forget the word "no". :)

Have a great day everyone!

Well, I had a great day at Disneyland. It was just myself with my 19yo DD, and had to be one of the nicest days I've had in awhile at the parks.
Thank you all for the b-day wishes, I usually don't like to get into all this b-day stuff, but The wishes felt good. Thanks again
