Okay, this has been some night since I last wrote. My daughter went outside and opened the garage door and a SNAKE slithered past her. She screamed, my husband ran outside and tried to get it with a broom. We chased it around the garage and I screamed when he flung it outside and I thought it was coming in my direction. I HATE SNAKES and won't be able to sleep now for hours! I guess I can get some more FE's done. Ahhhhhh!!!

Ooooh! The same thing happened to us. We were coming home in the car, my husband flipped on the garage door opener, and a snake slithered into the garage before we could drive in! I almost died of fright! I HATE SNAKES!!! I wouldn't get out of the car! My daughter and husband chased that silly snake around the garage (it slithered up the wall!) and I would NOT get out of our van. It took them 30 minutes to catch that thing and get it out my garage...in the meantime, I was already making plans to spend the night somewhere else...but they caught it. I was soooo afraid it was going to get in the rafters and slither into our attic. I would have had to sell the house then....and I like this house...

We started with a 3 day, nervous about the sea sickness, no problem and now we can't get enough of the 7 day cruises. Looking forward to meeting you!

Three DCL 7-day cruises, 2 short Mexican Rivera cruises and a honeymoon cruise in Greece... never took Bonine. Only 1 queasy night out of those 35 days cruising. Mom gave us Bonine as kids when we went boating. I remember it was so much better than Dramamine - chew-able rather than disgusting when swallowing

Does anyone have a graphic of the 2009 with the 0 below to make it a mickey? I am desperate for it. I have posted on the main thread for cruise magnets, but curious if any of my close friends have it.

Hey all. We hope everyone else is starting to get that buzz of excitement regarding the cruise that happens in 13 DAYS! We must admit that we have been super busy and not keeping up with the boards, but that seems to have made the wait go by faster. We received our documents the other day and the only thing left for us is our son's passport.

I didn't know that the Disney cruise line page had been updated, so seeing the new virtual tours and 360 degree photos have got us amped up again. We'll be frequenting the board more often now that it's close to the sail date. Hope everyone is doing well.

I am also going on the Disney Magic 7 night Cruise with my family. DeeRest has been my unofficial tour guide and has researched so much here on the DIS, I thought why not check this out. I have learned so much by reading the posts by the members of this group. Very excited about the upcoming cruise. I have to finish my home-made FE gifts. Can't wait to hear if you guys like them when I get to pass them out.

Our vacation also begins Thursday, as we begin the drive South to Atlanta for an overnight before completing trip to Cape Canaveral on Friday. Can't wait!

I went to Walmart after church today. There was no Bonine for kids. I also checked Rite Aid; they did not have it either. I told DH that I am calling the pediatrician tomorrow to see if I can give the full adult dose or just half it. DH told me that he will buy the kids dose online if the doctor says we have to half it. We will see.....
I bought a second over the door organizer while I was at Walmart. We already have one that we use on all vacations (previous cruises included). Now that older DD wears makeup, though, and both DDs wear contacts, I figured the second organizer, to hang over the second bathroom door, will be helpful.
I also bought three more bottles of sunscreen.
I emailed contact information to family members Friday night. I put the mail and paper on hold. I am writing down everything as it comes to mind. I have sticky notes all over my house.

we are from yulee, Fl which is just south of the GA/FL border and north of Jacksonville, FL. which is about 3 hours and 17 minutes from the world but who is counting?

We are just outside of Charlotte, NC.

Guess what?!?!?!?!? My friend took her first cruise over spring break this year. I recommended the Bonine and Bonine for kids for her family. I remember her telling me when they got home that it made her sleepy so she quit taking it during the cruise. I called her a few minutes ago to find out where she bought the Bonine for Kids in case she might know of a store carrying it that I had not thought of. She told me that her son never took his. She has two unopened boxes that they never used that she is giving to me!!!!!!!!!! The expiration date is not passed so they are still good!!!!!!!!! YEAH!!!!!!!!! Now I have DD the Bonine for Kids. I can scratch that off my to-do list!

I just printed out my dining confirmation numbers, park schedule, and park hours for our week at WDW after the cruise. Now I have to laminate them all.

Welcome Aboard and I am hoping to watch the USC vs. San Jose State game before we sail. The end of the game will be towards dinner and if they served dinner in Diversions, guess where I would be!!!
