I just placed my first order this evening, 12 shirts of varying sizes/colors and a tote bag. The order's estimated arrival date is July 3-4! (obviously not allowing for the holiday )

All I had to do was upload the electronic version of my graphic, select which items I wanted to display in my store, tell it if I wanted any kind of mark-up, and voila! Instant store. Couldn't have been any easier!

I ordered 2 things from cafepress, the designs were really cute (not mine lol, I purchased from a store like yours) but I didn't think the quality of what I ordered was that great. Hopefully yours is different and better.

Hi Everyone!

We are celebrating a girls weekend at Disney. We are staying at POR and having a great time. The weather was a little rainy and hot today, but otherwise not too bad.

The one tip that I can say to everyone is... ONLINE CHECK-IN. The regular line had at least 20 families this morning and we walked straight to the online check-in window. They had everything printed and ready to go! Amazing!!!

Good tip and HAVE AN AWESOME TIME!!

sorry i have been a little out of it for a few days. remember my bff Kristi (early in posts) she was in the cabin beside me, and had to cancel because her bun wasn't coming out of the oven 12 weeks prior sailing? well, she had a beautifully healthy 7lb10oz girl last tuesday, then, on thursday was admitted to nicu...long story short..she is home tonight!!!!!praise to GOD

Congratulations to Kristi and the new baby girl!! So good that she was able to come home now. What'd they name her?

I just joined the facebook group... I haven't been around much - things around here have been pretty hectic! While I am hoping to have some free time in July, I do hope these next TWO months go by pretty quickly!!

I am in desperate need of advice from some of the more experienced folks on this site...please lead me in the direction to find the individual that creates the graphic design that is white, circular and with the words and logo for Disney Cruise Line. I would like to put each family's names on one to create door decorations for our first cruise. I have searched for a while on this sight, but I must not be doing it right...because I have found a lot of cruise graphics, just not the individual that creates this specific type. Thanks for any help you can give me!

if you go to this forum you will find the "DISigners" who can help you with requests. If there is a particular design you like you can post a request in their thread and they will personalize it for you or you can do a general post in the forum for personalized.

This is probably not the site the place to post this inquiry, since most of you are major planners and have everything in place months before your trip, but I thought I would give it a shot. I am wanting to know if anyone is interested in sharing their transportation from Port Canaveral to WDW Resort. We first considered the Disney transport, but it was too much $$$, then thought we would just rent a car for the day, but that seem to waste too much time, so now we are deciding on getting a town car from one of the transport sites I see posted here, AllEars or the Mousesaver sites. We have 3 (maybe 4) adults who will be going to Wilderness Lodge. That seems to be the best option when using the time and money matrix. Anyone interested in joining us? Please let me know.

BTW....its kinda funny, but after reading all the postings here for the last few months...I feel like I know many of you!

I would love to meet up to watch the game, but our DIS meet is at 3, and the Safety drill is usually around 4. I may just have to wear my UGA shirt onboard that day!

Tom has a page in both the cruise forum and DISign section. He has a couple different versions. He is more than happy to customize his work for you just request in his forum and he will PM you rfinal product to you.

Thanks everyone for your help finding it. I found Tom's (ImTooExcitedToSleep) forum link and requested the magnets. Spent about two hours in the Design forum. WOW! It was more like shock and awe....Now I am trying to decide if I want to do T-shirts, too. The designs are amazing. My family thinks I have gone over the edge! But, you guys understand...right?

Thanks, Ibela, all is well now Baby's name is Juliana Grace, and she is a sweetie, although all I have ever seen her do is sleep...

is your trip in Nov. a girls trip? or am I thinkin everybody's the same as me we are trying to peer pressure all our friends to go...we have a 2 bedroom at SSR, last year only 3 of us went so we bumped down to a 1br. we are kidnappin some friends this yr if we have to, lol..

Deerest...we DO understand..this is actually a support group so that we know we are not alone when our families think we have lost our minds

and..we are going to MK after getting off the boat, would love to share our ride, but in order to fit 3 more adults in my jeep, someone would have to ride on the luggage rack

We have returned from Disney and my daughter had a great time! It was a true pirate/princess trip. We ate dinner with Cinderella, lunch with Remy, breakfast with Mary Poppins and Alice. We also were able to visit the Pirate's League. If anyone can tell me how to upload pictures, I will.

(you know -bugs in the teeth and stuff like that) ....we will probably try a couple of the limo services and see what we come up with...we only have 3 nights in WDW and must get there ASAP to try and do as much as possible!

Welcome BeckyThane sorry for the delay and to all my other disers, I've missed you guys. Work has been crazy in the last few weeks with starting up the business and I have been working many nights until 11pm/midnight.
Anyway, just wanted to say that I hope I've updated the first page ok, and please let me know if I have missed anything at all!
It's all very exciting now. Anyone actually started packing yet? I admit I am guilty. A few things have made it into the suitcase. We leave on the 25th August to start our trip so don't have as much time as everyone else to prepare and I am slightly in panic mode being that not all pirate costumes have been bought and I havent decided definately what I am going to wear on formal night.
We did manage to get the two shore excursions we wanted though and a dinner session at Palo on Master Chef night so we were pleased about that. The spa treatment I wanted didnt appear to be there (Ginger salt glow) so will have to try and book that onboard along with my up-do for formal night.
Anyway, I hope everyone is really really well. It's getting chilly here in Sydney and it makes me realise that the time is nearly here. I can't wait to meet you all very soon

Can someone enlighten me on the Pirates night (costumes???) and what is Master Chef night? I know there is a Pirates night party, but I didn't know that costumes are appropriate(I'm secretly typing this post...if my family learns I am even considering costumes...they will have me committed before the trip --for sure!.... laughing:.....

Dee, my family almost had me committed on the ship after I made them all dress for dinner and we were in the minority! This was only the 3 nt and I really expect more from a 7nt group...We are planning on 'slightly' dressing for pirate night (as is my friend's family 'beachlover101') I have hats, eyepatches, tattoos, but not all out costumes. My DH wore a pirate bandana 'do-rag' with an eye patch and a huge tattoo on his forearm and a tampa bay bucs black polo with their pirate emblem...he was a hottie. he is normally very clean cut, so this was very attractive for the night! the kids had normal clothes that were 'piratey' but they added jewelry and other pirate accessories. we went to party city and stocked up and will use the same stash for this cruise. well, half way thru dinner, the kids lost their accessories as mom and dad were totally embararrassing them

on another note, we collectively agreed to change resorts for our post cruise stay and moved our 40%code to PORFQ where we saved $380!!! we are doing 4 parks in 2 days, so our room is really only going to be for sleeping anyway...
