Anybody start their CHRISTmas shopping? I bought ornaments Tuesday at Downtown Disney for a small tree in our new Mickey Room.
They had a lot of Halloween stuff out, I am not a Halloween person.
I love the new Pirate Room in the World of Disney store. My son would have loved that stuff when he was a kid.

We were not prepared for the cooler evenings at WDW last year (the week of Thanksgiving). It was chilly!

We've been to WDW several times in Dec. Sometimes it is shorts weather and sometimes it is COLD and requires a sweatshirt all day long. I'll be checking weather.com the week before to see what to take.

Bill has just informed me that we will be receiving some information on DVC in the mail. All this talk has peaked his interest.

I'm off to bed. But I've been DISing first thing in the morning while I use my little blue "Go Light." It does seem to help with the winter blahs.

Winter comes early to Belgium. I go to work at 6:45am, so I can leave at 3:00 and be home before DD gets off the schoolbus. And for the past couple weeks it's been dark when I leave.

DD comes home in 8 days!

We walked into the World of Disney store last year through the Pirate area. It was neat walking in. The kids has to re-walk in to see everything again. Bill can't wait to take Will on Pirates of the Caribbean at MK this trip. Bill went on it a few weeks ago and liked it with Jack Sparrow and Davy Jones. It will be Will's first time. Will is into pirates. He has a pirate play ship, sword, costume and of course he has seen the movies. He is a boy after Rob's heart.

DS leaves for school at 630am and it is dark too when he gets up.. I of course after DH leaves at 7am.. gets to go back to bed..

I was looking at the names of the characters for the Pirates of the Caribbean movies.

I am re-naming my family:

Bill - Bootstrap Bill Turner
Will- Will Turner
Emily - Elizabeth Swann (Elizabeth is Emily's middle name)
Cole - Kraken (he is the little destroyer of the house!)
Me (Jennifer) - Anamaria (Pirate)

Does anyone else watch CSI (the original Las Vegas one)? That is really the only show we watch weekly. So, I am excited for this evenings new episode. However for the life of me, I can't remember how it ended last season. We missed the re-run last week. Does anyone remember? I didn't remember Sara being left in the desert. What did I miss? Please help! Bill's going to DVR it for me while I take Will to football practice.

He got his new speakers today and will install them while I am gone. I want all these boxes out of the house. It is driving me crazy! We have this huge tv and stand box in the dining room. You could fit all three kids at one time in each of them. Then, Bill got five big boxes(surround sound speakers) today. I can't wait for Tuesday (trash pick-up)!!!!!

I just read that FL resident rates have been released for the end of the year and I guess that means our cruise will now start filling up.

Pooh_Girl and I watch it RELIGOUSLY!! I'm sure by the time you read this you'll have already watched it, but at the end of last season the crazy girl/miniature killer had kidnapped Sara and trapped her under the car. Now we're in a race to find her!!!!

I leave for work at about 8am, and get to work at 8:01 am. I work from home most every day of the week. I've probably only been into the office a dozen times this year. I live 65 miles from my office, and my boss is very supportive of remote working. As long as my work gets done and my working from home does not interfere with my job or my customers, she's fine with me coming in once a month. I'll admit, that I'm very lucky, but I'll also admit, I love it.

I usually go to the DIS Home link at the top left side of the page to look for discount info. They are usually pretty up to date.

That'd be so cool if you can get a discount now that you have your Florida house! Good luck!!

I just checked and they are giving discounts on cats 4-11!

I'm hoping they will offer the same to Military. I need to call my TA as soon as they open.
