I dropped Bill off at the airport. There actually are people up at 6 am on a Sunday. I was shocked. :scared1: It was easy getting in and out of the airport (DFW Airport) this time of morning. :thumbsup2 Bill will get to the Yacht Club around 1 PM (EST). He is going to Epcot this afternoon. Today is his "free day". He already purchased his discounted ticket through the conference. - Jennifer

Oh, I forgot to add my pfft! to Bill last night in my eagerness to book! :rotfl: :lmao:

We also have to set up the tent and waterproof it, and make sure that my air bed really holds air. I'm not ready to sleep on the hard, cold ground for five nights! I have blankets, comforters, pillows and matching sheets for the air bed, but never actually checked to make sure it would hold air!

Beth

:lmao: This is important, Beth!

:thumbsup2 We'll be at Palo on Wednesday night too. We are taking the kids to Coral World and Coki Beach that day. So, we figured Cole would be worn out and hopefully falls asleep in Flounder's without any problems. That's the plan. - Jennifer

We are Wed also. We booked 6 pm for us, DS and DM. We had DD book 8pm for the younger group. We plan to switch out the 2 babies. We will all do brunch together (hopefully in the private room Sunday, if not then on Monday) and have the babies in Flounders then.

:rotfl:

He was soooooooooooo relieved to get everything booked last night. We both let out a big sigh of relief when we were done. It was like a big game for him to see if we could get what we wanted before others.

Same here! :surfweb: Dennis really got into it! :lmao: DD (Sweetpea) was frustrated and just gave up. Then we called her and got her to try again. She was most concerned with an excursion. They really, really wanted the Deep Sea Fishing at St Maarten. :surfweb: She was able to get that so in the end she was happy. :) Now the rest of the group needs to deal with this at the 45 day mark. I am guessing I will have to do it for DS and DM. All I need to book are their excursions which are, like Beth, just island tour on St Thomas and the Butterfly Farm on St Maarten, so that should be a cake walk.:thumbsup2

70 more posts, but I need to shower and do laundry. My washer broke so I have to run to the laundromat to wash, but I bring them here to dry. That means getting it done early in the day so I can get it all dried. A pain, but we plan to move within a few months and I really want to hold out so we won't have to move a washer and dryer. We will see.

We could only book Cole in Flounder's for 10 hours online. We plan to book additional hours once onboard. Last time, we put him in there every evening after dinner. So, Bill and I could enjoy some date nights. It was nice and relaxing. :cloud9:

This cruise is no where near full right now, so I bet you will not have a problem adding hours.

You will meet them at the Meet and Greet first day, so you will know who to wave at.;) There are 6 of them, we booked 4, we just have to add two more.
You are a brave woman to be travelling with your whole family. Have you all vacationed before in the past? As I mentioned before, we are at the beginning stages of planning a "family vacation". My sister just had her baby. So, it will be at least two years away. Long enough for people to start saving their pennies for the cruise. We may have to "sell" everyone on a Disney cruise because when you compare it to other cruise lines, people don't want to spend the extra money. But, it is not comparing apples to apples. So, we'll see how persuasive we can be.

Even if they don't go, we'll be cruising with DCL for many years to come! :cool1:

We're hoping it stays semi-empty. However, a lot more people have noticed the reduced priced compared to other Fall cruises and may transfer over to this cruise.

My dryer broke last year around this same time. It kept burning our clothes. I figured that can't be good. So, we bought a new one. It made me think which modern appliance I could not live without. I decided it was my washing machine. I don't know how women used to wash clothes on rocks or in those wringing machines. I very much "appreciate" my washing machine! I hope you get moved soon! :goodvibes

A friend of mine when on a 4 nt cruise on the Wonder in July, and did not like it:eek: She and her DD 10 traveled with another family, and none of them enjoyed the cruise. My DD and I were stunned, as were some mutal friends who'd gone on a Med cruise this past summer.

I talked to the friend yesterday, and she said that maybe she needs to try DCL again, because everyone she talks to is as shocked as I was that she didn't like it. She said "maybe it's me" I said, "yea it is!" Hopefully she'll have a magical experience next time.

Oh by the way, I finally cooked that cherry pie I had in the freezer! Warm cherry pie with vanilla ice cream...yum.

Did she give you any specifics on what she didn't like about the cruise? I can understand some people probably are not "cruise people". My Dad and his girlfriend went on a cruise a couple of years ago and didn't like it. But, this is also the man who doesn't like WDW. I am glad to hear she's willing to try it again. Maybe, she'll have a different experience. We went on the 4-Night Wonder cruise last year and felt it was way too short. So, maybe they felt rushed? Plus, Nassau isn't the greatest port. Also, sometimes it is what you make of it. It was our "Introductory Cruise". We had a blast!

She said the kids didn't want to stay in the clubs, so they were with them the whole time. I said, "well did you go to any of the family dance parties or game shows?" She said, "no the kids didn't want to do any of that."

Sha also said, "well one day we went to Nassau and that was okay, then we went to the Disney Island and that was fine, and the next day we didn't go anywhere!"

The funny thing is we ran into some friends of hers, who'd I'd never met but are DCL freaks like me. The wife said, "Pat I told you exactly what to do! You didn't listen to me!"

As Alice would say "curiouser and curiouser"

 Bill just called. He made it safely to MCO. :woohoo:

:surfweb: I will probably be on the DISboards more than normal this week. Not that I am not on it a lot already. When Bill is not home, I cannot sleep at night. :rolleyes1 We have an alarm system, but I hear every single noise at night and miss my "protector". So, don't be surprised to see some odd hours posts from me this week. I'll probably keep the same hours as Wendy and she is in Europe! :rotfl:

True.. I guess if you were never subjected to it, it would be alot easier to Not crave..

Umm.. did you still Trick or Treat ? and just throw out, trade, or give away the chocolate you received?? and where was I?? :confused3 I would of traded for ALL yours and your Brother's chocolate :hyper:

Do they make non chocolate, chocolate? :confused3

Do you know what in the chocolate makes you get migrains?

Sorry for the Noseiness I'm just naturally curious  and I've never heard of someone til now getting migrains from it..

I used to get terrible migraines after eating some forms of chocolate. It usually didn't happen if I ate something else first, and it didn't happen all of the time, so I took my chances. :rotfl: . Since I've been on beta blockers for hypertension, I haven't had a migraine for years. Thank goodness. :yay:
