We started the day with the breakfast buffet at the hotel. Donald was outside the restaurant for a Meet and Greet. Part of the hotel is inside the park, and we had a table with a view of the Main Street Train Station. After breakfast we hit the Disney Studios, and our first ride was Crush's Coaster - big mistake! Jasmine loved it, but to me it felt like someone put me in a spinning teacup and then threw it on Space Mountain. I kept my breakfast down, but I was ruined for any more roller coasters for the day. Even the Rockin' Roller Coaster, which I love at the Studios in WDW. We did see the Moteur Cars stunt show which we've never seen in FL, which was really cool, and also the backlot tour. Overall the park is pretty small, but their Tower of Terror is opening in January, and they have a Stitch attraction opening in March. We were able to do all the rides, see some shows and the parade, and were out right before the park closed. I love going to the parks in the offseason! We'd wanted to see the Buffalo Bill dinner show at Disney Village but they were closed on Thursday. It looks like fun though and we'll be sure to make ADRs next time.
We opted for Rain Forest Cafe, and had a bit of an incident when I discovered I didn't have enough cash to pay the bill.

I'd been using my DLRP charge card all day in the park, and didn't have my real credit card with me. I had 34 Euros, and the bill was 38. The waiter was very nice about it, and just asked to keep my hotel charge card while I went to get the money. He had to let his Manager know about it though, and she was very "French" about the whole thing.
On the way back to Rain Forest Cafe, some French soldiers with machine guns passed us. I told DD that "maybe they're looking for us." She was all "shhh act normal." Then she said, "they must not be looking for us, we've never been here before." She as getting all into it, "oh look they have a Rainforest Cafe here, let's go inside and give them some money, not because we owe them, but just because we want to."
Then we went back to the hotel for more swimming. The hotel pool looks like a pool you'd find in a castle. It's pretty, and elegant looking. I thought maybe the kids wouldn't be impressed, but it didn't seem to slow any of them down. Plus they had a cabinet full of kickboards, floaties and other flotation stuff that the kids could go in and get to play with.
Here's a photo of the outside of Crush's coaster that I thought came out kind of neat.
