I finally got on the phones at work today after a month of training.
For once in my life I want to go to work, and when you have to wake up at 4a.m. for it...thats a big deal!

We went to a concert at the house of blues last night. A few drinks and a mosh pit later I think i tore something in my ankle/leg. OUCH! I never injure myself in a normal way haha!

I feel so out of it on the disboards!!!
But trust me, sceduling a wedding right after starting a new job is enough stress to make anyone a mess

Sunday I was putting the Halloween decorations away and I bumped into the corner of the China Cabinet.. I now have a nice bruise on my hip area

Ok so Today, I was to be on the Call In list, call in, if busy, come it, if not, stay home.. but one of my Assistant Manager's called yesterday and asked for me to switch days.. She said the shipment was coming a day early this week because of the Holidsay.. I said fine.. I was told I would work 11 - 4 and be on call for tomorrow instead.. Ok, no problem.. I had no plans anyway..

I go into work.. The shipment was real small I guess because my Manager had all the boxes off the truck and it took me an hour to open the boxes and fill the store and shelves.. This normally takes 4 hours total..

Well my Assistant Manager says.. Since we are slow, do you want to go home? I said now? She said yea. I said I've been here an hour.. She said well the Mall seems to be empty so we don't really need 3 people here..

Now, All I kept thinking was, you had 3 people there who could unload the boxes like I did.. Why didn't you call me and say.. Oh, shipment was smaller then expected.. And the store is slow.. You don't have to come in..

Well even DS needs his records when he Job Shadows in the Hospitals & Medical Centers for school..

Now, you would Think.. DCL would require a Medical checklist for all the kids in the clubs..

We have been twice before and never had any medical form. Of course DD(3) got sick last year.

ok... the phone rang 4 times in the last 45 minutes.. after the 3rd call I said to my son You answer it, they'll all been for you.. So he does.. Next thing I hear.. Mooooooooooooom phone's for you

DH just got into North Carolina.. He is staying the night at his Uncle's in Southern Pines..

I love Southern Pines. My husband used to work for a company based there and I would ride up with him and go shopping. Wow...your husband has a long drive. I drove from East Windsor (I think that's the name) to Atlanta once. Ouch!

Driving from our house in NJ to our house in FL takes about 18 hours.. Give or take a few depending on traffic and weather

We normally stop in Emporia VA at a hotel then continue the next day.. It's a nice break from the drive

Ohh, I forgot to tell y'all that I finally got a hold of the Director of the Cath Lab and he said that he is so sorry that I got the run around for so long and that the information WILL be in the mail today, if not he will give me call and let me know. He hasn't called so .

You get our of the shower and notice on the Bathmat a large wet circle with a small wet circle connected to it.. and you add another small wet circle and make it into a Hidden Mickey..

My kids think every Mickey sillhouette is a hidden Mickey...betcha dd will see the "funnel" onto the boat and say "look, Mom, a hidden Mickey!"
