I was having trouble accessing the board a bit ago, so I gave up and was doing some online suitcase shopping. I think we are definitely going to get at least 1 if not 2 more big suitcases for this trip. 100 lb weight allowance per person!! Within Europe it's 20 kilos per person.

Anyway, I think I better get to bed instead of trying to catch up this evening, but I wanted to be sure and give Stacy her before turning in. Yay Stacy!

Because we have the Largest Annual Halloween Parade in the US on Halloween so Trick or Treat is Always a day ahead.. This is the 70th Anniversary of the Parade..

I haven't heard of that one. Is that the official name? Oh, I think I just found the web page for it. Over 100,000 viewers!!! "Wow" is right Rob.

Beth, I'm exactly the same! I have way too many totes. They're so handy, though, so I always feel okay buying them!

LISTS...

I only make lists for vacations and Thanksgiving. Vacation lists are a must so nothing really important (like passports) is forgotten. Thanksgiving is 40 some people at our house for sit down dinner so that one I do have to make a couple of lists. The rest doesn't matter, it will get done eventually.

Bad things happen in three's right??

1) My coffee maker wouldn't work this morning
2) My toaster oven only toasted the tops of the bread
3) DH got rear ended on his commute this morning (he is fine, year old car
needs a new bumper).

Ok, now I get to go shopping and buy a new toaster oven and a new coffee maker .

I went shopping today and was backing out of my space, looking over my left shoulder to make sure nothing was coming up the aisle... it was one of the // spaces.... I look back over my right and a woman in a van on the other side was backing up out of her space fast! I hit the horn just in time for her not to hit me.

Yea, it is amazing to see the Money some people have.. In Florida.. we have Multi Million Dollar homes, Then ones like ours at $600,000 and we even have Townhomes in the development at $200,000

And they are selling like crazy.. The new phase to our place has started and some have lots sold already

We were out one weekend and saw a house for sale just a couple blocks over from where we are, so we stopped and got the little flyer out front that the realtor had put out. The house was described as "2 bedroom, 1 bath, 1250 square foot in need of some TLC".... so yeah, it was a fixer-upper. The asking price was $1.3 million. LA is ridiculous.

I was out all morning and forgot to get the silver and gold pens I wanted. Because they weren't on my list.

Whew!! That was too close! Glad she didn't hit you!! Even though she was going fast, I think most insurance companies would have put you equally at fault, meaning you get your damages paid for by your insurance company, but you still have your deductible. So yay!!! No collision!!! That means you get to keep putting that money towards your vacation!!

Oy, I think I avoid an accident at least once a week, with these drivers. I was less then a mile from my home in my 6 month old car back in 2000, and my car got totaled. I was hit by a car that was rammed by another car. That was scary. I had my DS and his GF in the back seat. Thankfully we were all ok. Scared and cut up, but that was it.

I hate when I do that. I hate it more when it is on my list and I forget it. I once went to the grocery store with DS5 (at the time) for a challah for his school the next day for Shabbos. It was on my list and we got on the checkout line, when DS says, mommy we forgot the Challah!!

1 month, 1 week, 1 day until Cruise Time !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my clothes are grouped in the closet and ready to pack. since i don't totally unpack from prior cruise smaller suitcase is already to go.

it is so hard not to just pack everything NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Minnie is begging to go with me <G> but if she does she is taking less than she did in Sept. I think my suitcase should be larger then hers LOL.

this thread goes so fast............ so if I miss saying, replying etc.... to anyone.... sorry.

i need this cruise and need it NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i know i know i just have to wait a little longer. bummer

Which restaurant is your favorite is have cruised with Disney before?

I love Animators Palate, but Parrot Cay is a close run. Lumiere's I like but the other two are so bright, colorful, and "fun".

not sure if this will apply to others on this cruise...... they have changed boarding ppl in wheelchairs/special needs after conceige sp? In Sept I was given a number just like everyone else and boarded by number.

Although I did sorta like boarding almost first and getting to Parrot Cay earlier to eat, I am also glad they made this change. Now I don't feel differernt than others, or that ppl look at me as handicapped/disabled. I got to board just like everyone else and felt like I was treated the same. Nice feeling.
