DH;s Aunt & Uncle swears by That stuff.. I have still yet to try it.. It is gritty in a glass when you drink it.. from what I saw of it

I just get a bottle of water, break the tablet in two and stick it in there. Then I shake the daylights out of the water bottle. But I leave it for a bit to fully dissolve. I've never had a problem with it being too gritty. Oh - or it might be cause I use the cheap Target knock-off brand. It's got the same stuff in it.
