I have been ordered to stay off my feet today. DR. says up moving too much....Had some problems yesterday/this morning so I am on the couch...

We got about two inches of snow, very wet snow..Now it is raining.....

I TIVOED Jon and Kate plus eight laying here watching that. The kids are at the neighbors playing and DH is taking down the Christmas Tree.........

So true! I'm sitting in my fave chair, sipping a glass of my preferred white wine with the remote control at my side - no more sharing for me!!!

Hope everyone had a decent/good evening! We had a fun New Year's Eve. Went to the zoo, which the weather was perfect! It was cold but not freezing. We got to see some reindeer, and they actually came up to us. So sweet! Didn't really see many other animals. Saw Polar Express 4D, which was VERY fun. Actually sitting next to DS was the most fun. He was having a blast with it and watching his excitement was making me laugh! On our way to the hotel we got lost in Cincinnati though. NOT a town you want to get lost in. A 10 minute trip took over 45 minutes. Today the aquarium was awesome! We got there right when they opened and it was pretty empty. Got to pet some sharks. We did last month too but they were little ones. These were several feet long, much larger than last month. Saw Scuba Santa, the penguins, and a very cool octopus! I had been scuba diving in the Caymans years ago and saw lots of octopus but none this large. All in all it was a great time but we are tired. Not much sleep at the hotel. Lots of partyers down the hall.
