This morning I went to put my socks on and got a sharp pain in my back. I can't even bend down. I think it is the CT weather is bad for us....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My daughter just got home and had watched the HSM The Concert DVD and saw her and her friend on it from when they attended the concert here! Now I will be off to buy another HSM DVD...I got to have this one since she is in it dancing along...

I hope it helps too! I have herniated discs in my neck so I get notted up pretty bad in my shoulders and neck, so I try to go get them every 6 weeks or so otherwise I am in pain...Try to get a deep tissue if you can tolerate it...They work wonders!!!

Hi Kristin, er Holly, er Bridget!! How are you doing now? Back any better? How about overall?

I aksed DH to take DD to dance again for me while DS and I did homework. We just finished up.
