Hi Paula!!! I've just been looking at the excursions for August - there are 75 for 3 Ports of Call!!! How in Hades am I meant to choose????????

They want you to choose all of them. Start by making 74 clones of yourself. pay for all those cabins. and have a wild party

Hey Karen! I know there are alot of choices! I checked our August thread and noone is around....That group would really be shocked if they heard that we are talking about running around with head wear!

As far as I can work out, we pretty much are "that group" Paula!!!

It's really tough as they're unusual Ports of Call - and it's DS's first cruise so I want it all to be perfect, well adequate at least... I'm thinking one adventurous excursion, one cultural and one beach - what about you???

About the same...maybe snorkeling (never done it), definetly beach one day and not sure about other...And I havent decided what to do where..thinking of snorkeling in cabo...my daughter wants to swim with the dolphins but 200 a person is a bunch!!

Good news for me! I just sat down and calculated (to the best of my ability) the school calendar dates for 2009. Summer school get out on Aug. 14 and I don't have to back for the start of Fall Semerster until Sept. 1. So it looks like I will defenitly be joining you on the Magic!

I wasn't sure when I booked if I would really be able to make it, because school calendars only get released about a year in advance, but in my district at least there is a fairly reliable pattern. So I think I'm in the clear!

My DS has said he'd like to do the Teen Surfin' Safari in Cabo so that leaves the day free for DH and I to do the Horseback Riding excursion! This sounds a bit different AND gives us time to explore Cabo... Oooh that's a day almost planned!!!!

That's good! Whatever I plan will need to be for the both of us...I wouldnt feel comfortable with her somewhere else in any of those places (unless she stays on the ship) She wouldnt feel comfortable either...
