Oh Harry!!! Thanx for the medical info but now my rested and overactive brain is wondering what long-term injury could occur?? Cuts and bruises from knocking things over???

I guess the American drug companies don't advertise over there?!? (perhaps they can't?).... on the ED Rx commercials (that's erectile dysfunction not our Ed!!) they run thru the possible side effects - the above being one of them. The commercials try to be SOOOO serious, but I think they are funny as.....

Aww that' nice for them... My DH used to travel a lot - Europe and US - but the last couple of years it's tailed off...

I know in his old job he traveled a ton.. Last, March he got a new job five miles from home. SO nice for us. He has not had to travel for the last year and a half and the kids nor I are used to it.. SO glad he'll be home in a few short hours...!!!!!!!!!

We don't have many drug adverts on UK TV apart from those that treat constipation, diarrhoea, sinusitis, headache - that sort of mild thing. I love it when we're in the States and we see some fabulous medical ads - I'm not joking, they totally suck me in!!!

And love, love, love those complex rapid disclaimers that come at the end - always makes me think of the Simpsons, I don't know why...

the driving is going good. my dad took me out yesturday and well he made me paralle park and stop short to see what it felt like. i was scared out of my mind so i might go out driving again today depending on the weather.

the driving is going good. my dad took me out yesturday and well he made me paralle park and stop short to see what it felt like. i was scared out of my mind so i might go out driving again today depending on the weather.

I hope the weather is good so you can get out and practice!!! The first time I ever drove was with my step-sis and some friends (stupid I know) and a car was coming the other way so I pulled off the side of the road because I was too scared to be on the road with another car. We lived in a small town. I couldn't imagine having to learn how to drive in a busy city!

When we were younger "Ed" was a safe name to have - now it's riddled with hidden (or not so hidden) meanings...

im learning in a parking lot by the beach. there was alot of cars driving around the parking lot and i got scaredbut im getting used to it and i think im getting better at it too. i asked my mom if i could drive going down to WDW the week before the cruise and she just laughed

I'm still pants at parallel parking and I've been driving for 22 years!!!!
