See I think it sounds like so much fun but then I read those sites that talk about the animals being treated badly and being forced to do things and I feel bad. Did the dolphins seem abused when you went?

The day sails do sound nice. Most of them you can stay out all day if you want. They provide breakfast and lunch and take you to different snorkel sights. However we LOVED the Doubloon last cruise. The crew was great and on the way back the painkillers do not stop. :drinking1 I didn't realize how much I had until I stood up to get off the boat :upsidedow :tilt: They were really tasty though!

I know it makes me wonder if the animals are treated nice or not. In the Bahamas they seemed like they were but you never know. I'm sure they would rather be out in the open waters..........

Sounds likethe Doubloon was FUN the drinks sound AWESOME!!!!!!!!!
In St. Thomas our friend lives there and works at a resort so we will be going to the resort she works at to hang out and swim, etc. and of course drink.

Nothing planned for Tortola just yet.......................

That sounds like it will be a lot of fun. Probably don't get to see that friend much. I have also ready a lot about the Sunny Liston Tour and had that booked last time to do the Doubloon instead so I might do that so I actually get the see the island this time. Who knows :confused3 I want to do it ALL. :rotfl2: I have plenty of time to make up my mind though.

Are your kids in high-pressure, competitve districts/schools? The elementary my kids go to is an Ohio school of distinction so they put more pressure on the kids in this particular school. But I have been told by other parents and teachers that the other two elementary schools in our district are not that way. It's odd how it can vary in the same district.

We are in a one-school district... most people have a vision of NJ as this crowded urban wasteland (and in many respects that is accurate!), but we live in a very rural area... Despite this there is a lot of pressure on the kids in the school.

No we really do not get to see her too much. Saw her on our last cruise and will see her in October tooooo.,,,,,What is the Sunny liston Tour???????

I know it's a long way away but does anyone know what their pre-cruise plans are? Are you spending any time at WDW prior to the cruise? If not are you flying in early and staying near the port? Last cruise we flew in on Friday and went to MNSSHP then took a limo to the port the next morning. My son loved it!!! He thought the limo was the coolest thing ever.

DH is a HUGE FAN.. I am going to have to show him this link he is tucking the kids in.. He is going to want to come down for sure...........He had us all go to WDW last year to go to Star Wars Weekend. We have a room in our basement the kids call the Star Wars room it is loaded with Star Wars stuff..........

Star Wars weekends are on our wish list - going to be tricky timing with school, etc. How far into June do they run?

That sounds like alot of fun!! Last time we flew in Friday night and stayed at the Hyatt because we didn't get in until 11pm. This time we should be able to leave Friday morning since school isn't in yet. So we are up in the air as to what we'll do. Other than that, no pre/post stay for us.
