08/08 - National rates drop for later this week!

I have been checking and checking, hoping for our car rental rate to drop. I had checked earlier today, still the same . We are going to WDW tomorrow & picking up the car on Wednesday.
SO just now, I went onto the National website and snagged a sweeeeeeeeeeeet rate. Here goes...

Pickup at Magic Kingdom Car Care Center, so 'Emerald Counter'
Dropoff at MCO (airport)
Dates/times: August 10-17, pickup/dropoff at 2pm (This saves us paying for an extra day and extra hours, since we arrive around 11am tomorrow and our departure flight leaves late afternoon on the 17th.)
Codes: Entertainment Code and $20 off coupon

$142 INCLUDING all taxes/fees!!!!

Earlier today, my rate was going to be about $170. Just saved about $25!! More money for eating & souvenirs .

Thanks Agnes, these people are singing just for you. My rate has fallen another $10 for late August.
And yes, KEEP CHECKING right up until you leave. You just never know wht rate will end up being the cheapest.

Thank you so much for posting Agnes! I tried this am and got the same high rates I have gotten for months! I just tried using the Priceless vacation code and my Entertainment book coupon and saved $50 for the end of august!
