Thanks, we did decide to hold off on telling them about Universal. We normally get the "only 2 days left" sob story so this will be a good way to help assuage those end of vacation blues. Got a room at the Royal Pacific so Express Pass will also be a big boost.

Re the pool: last year my kids were really looking forward to the pools on the Fantasy - after several elbows, knees and my daughter getting jumped on and pushed under they steered clear of it. Pretty sad but Disney really didn’t plan well wrt the pool situation. Too many kids and too many parents that simply don’t pay attention - its lord of the flies in there.

We're going to Universal after the cruise too! Two nights at HRH. Did have reservations at Royal Pacific but since there are 5 of us we went with the larger room with a pullout at HRH rather than a rollaway at RP.

Thanks for the heads up re: the pools. Our last cruise was to Alaska and we only went in the pool 2 times on the warmest days. We may plan accordingly and look for off-peak times.

Got you on the list. You're on Team Pluto for FE's. Only a few families on there so far, but will probably pick up a few more before we sail. Make sure to stop by the Meet & Greet at 2:30 in the D-Lounge. All information on the spreadsheet linked in my signature.

This is our first FE so I don't want to miss anything - we only need to bring enough for our assigned team? If that's the case, it looks like none of the teams are larger than 20 - which is really nice.

Yep, you got it. Tried to keep the groups to a manageable size so you don't have to break the bank to make the gifts, or break your back delivering them.

High energy boys, expecting to be in the pools a lot! Would be good to have playmates for playing with cars, video games, cards, checkers, othello, etc. Mom plans to workout early every morning (not intense, just get moving) and hopes for a yoga class or two (need to burn for dessert and adult beverage consumption!) Post cruise will be at WDW for a few days at the Art of Animation Resort. Lots of milestones this year in general- husband's sabbatical, youngest son starting Jr Kindergarten in Aug and 10 yr wedding anniversary in the fall.

Yep, we have AP's. I think that you do have to have a valid ticket media (or voucher or reservation#) to go ahead and secure FP+...

Is anyone looking for an infant boy pirate outfit? I have one that I picked up for next to nothing at Target after Halloween. It is an XS for 0-9 months, 6-20 pounds. I would be happy to send it for no cost if someone can/will use it.

I just wanted to say that I am getting soo excited for this cruise! I keep up with the Facebook group much better, but wanted to share my excitement!

I let DD (age 3) watch the DCL free vacation cd last night and she totally flipped out! She asked if we could hug and take pictures with every character, go to the dance party and of course, play in the kids clubs! It makes me soo happy to see her excitement!
