Had a long day of laundry and packing and it looks like we are ready to go!!! I will double check everything tomorrow to be sure but we cannot wait to leave on Thursday morning. I pray all have safe trips!! See you all soon!

We're leaving Thursday morning as well! Can't wait! The difference is that I haven't done any packing yet!! Ahh!! My husband says not to worry though cuz according to him..it only takes 10 minutes to pack. Yeah right....

We are feeling better. But this means I am down 2 days of productivity. I will now have to cram the 6 days I had into the 4 I have left!!!

I have tons of cleaning and laundry to get done. I have the majority of the packing done.

I am just dreading having to get the kids up at 4am Friday to got to the airport. I have a funny feeling my son will not be the most pleasant. Oh well, we all Know that the will all be little darlings on the Mickey Boat?!

Clear Eyes, Full Hearts, Can't Lose!!!!!!!!

A friend of mine gave me a real Panthers ball cap he wore as an extra (random other football player) during season one. They use extras down in Austin all the time and I keep hoping I can make my schedule work to go down and do it sometime. HUGE Panther fans in my house!!

Quick question... I'm sure they most likely do but... do they have beach towels for use in our room or somewhere on the ship or should we pack our own?

We avoid packing beach towels for our cruises, since they have storage boxes full of them next to the pools and off the ship at Castaway Cay. If you really like the feel of your personal ones then by all means pack away!

Our flight leaves Halifax at 630am and we have a stop over in Toronto and land in Orlando at 1pm. Hopefully somewhere the kids will have a little sleep in there.

Keep your fingers crossed for the sleep! I think we are going to bring our portable dvd player on the plane for at least a kid or two to enjoy on the flights.

I just received a voice mail from Disney CM on my cell phone confirming all the Palo and Spa reservations that I made online I thought that it was a nice call but weird that they would call to confirm those things ?? Do they do that for everyone sailing? If so, they must spend a lot of time on the phone.

In any event.... WE ARE LEAVING SOON!! Can't believe the time has come!!

I have not had a call before. I wonder if they are trying to find some openings for some reason?

We plan to do the same for our St Thomas day. We may actually grab them the night before this time so we are ready to go in the morning.
I think I also read if you are doing a beach excursion booked thru DCL they sometimes have towels waiting for you where you gather to head out... just not sure this is all the time.

I soooo love that show, but I have yet to catch up on the whole season this year. I have way too many shows to watch and never enough time to do it. He did play a really good Gambit. I thought it was an interesting choice, but I thought he pulled it off really, really well.

I don't think East Dillon will actually open...you know...with the economy and all. I don't see how the school district will be able to afford it. Otherwise, something bad will have to happen on the DHS Football team forcing them to bring back Coach Taylor. At least we have a guaranteed 2 more seasons to find out!!

Decided to bust out the scale to weigh what I thought looked like the most packed suitcase... just under the 50 lb mark! DW went on to say "Oh Scott, we can get some more in there!"

Yeah!!!!!!!!! I am finally packed and ready to go on Friday am. I got everything done. All of my FE's took one carry on. Oh Well I will just have an extra suitcase to bring back all the extra stuff for the other grandbabies that aren't going with us... We leave on Friday at 9:55am from New Orleans. Hopefully we will be in the Magic Kingdom by 2:00pm. We are all so excited. Allie keeps asking my daughter if it's time to go yet. We look forward to meeting up with all of you. Please travel safe and see ya on the ship....

Moral of the story, if you see someone walking around with a green silcone bracelet on... you can pretty much be assured it is ok to stop and chat with them- without much fear of a bite!

I JUST got done cleaning out my DVR before checking email, etc. I have to make sure there is plenty of space for the season finale of Grey's Anatomy, The Amazing Race, Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother, Any Dream Will Do (OK...I know it already aired like 2 years ago in the UK, but I have resisted looking on line to see the winner...so if you are in the UK or just know...please DON'T tell me!! I have never watched so much BBC America...) plus a dozen or so other shows....Brothers and Sisters, Desperate Housewives, The Celebrity Apprentice. sheesh. I need to take a vacation after this vacation just to catch up!
