04 entertain or 05 entertain?

If I want to receive the entertainment rate for Dec 15-18, do I have to have a 2004 entertainment book w/card
or would a 2005 entertainment book w/card suffice?

And if it does have to be a 2004 entertainment book? Does anyone have any ideas on where to get one?

The 2004 Entertainment Book expires on November 1, 2004. You will need the 2005 book.
