02 Media Messaging

I have an 02 mobile and i am trying to get photo messaging to work on my new handset. I have followed the instructions on the 02 website but the retreival keeps failing. Do any of you guys have any idea why this is happening? The phone is a Samsung P400 camera dewbry.
