Me and my friend will be staying in a tent while my mother and daughter will be staying in an RV on the same site.

I am very excited. But I must admit that it helps to know that I have a trip this November too. I can't wait for February's trip though because I haven't seen my friend (who lives in Maryland) since July of 2005!

We arrive on the 3rd our flight doesn't get in until 5:00 so I am not sure that we will have much time for a meet and greet that night. If we get a chance to stop by DH and I would be up for a celebratory arrival cocktail. It is his first time at the world and I would love to chat up the features. Well the 3rd is one of the days we could do something. I think everyone will be there on that date. Cocktails sound good. I would really like to hear some more ideas if anyone has some.

I haven't a clue what the policy is. Maybe you should call WDW Info? The 3rd sounds pretty good to me. Just let me know where to meet at. My friend and I will be in FW too so maybe we can meet there and ride out to the meeting place together? (By the way Rer.... my friend and I have myspace too - my "Myspace" is listed in my profile)

I was thinking about having the meet at Crockett's Tavern (or on the porch). We can get drinks there, and the arcade is nearby for the kids. Not sure how good of an idea this is. Please let me know what you think.
