0% Disney Visa for DVC contract

My husband and I are talking through all our options for buying DVC. We were wondering if you use your Disney Visa to pay for the contract in full through Disney can we get 6 months with 0% interest? We would love that because we know we will have all the money by the end of spring but I would love to buy it in January. I wasn't sure if all the amount could be 0% or if it was just a small amount of that. THANK YOU

I am certainly not an expert here, but I thought it was up to $2500 0% for six months but that could be incorrect. Some of the pros on here will let you know for sure.

Okay here is anothe rthought then. What if we want to put say $10,000 on our card, can we get the $2,500 with 0% interest and pay the other $7,500 immediately? I guess what I am saying is do you think they will take our first payment and apply it to the 0% interest first? Hmmm. just thinking out loud I guess.

I think that it is the down payment that gets the 0% interest for 6 months. At least, that's the way it has worked for the 2 add ons that we've recently done. The $500 downpayment gets put into a special area on the bill, and then it gets put into the "owe" portion.

I charged my downpayment, and an additional 2K on my Disney Visa, and got 0% interest for 6 months. I dont know what the limit is. If I were you, I'd call the card company directly, so you will have the correct info.

We just did a 50 point add on at OKW for $4600. We charged it on the Disney Visa and got 6 months interest free.

I've also heard people say they charged it to the Disney Visa for the reward points and immediately transferred the balance to a 0% offer on another card - tho I would expect that takes exquisite timing.
