Actually Doc, unit 91B is a VERY specific portion of a building. It's all described in great detail (all legalese and metes and bounds descriptions) in documents recorded with the Orange County Recorder.
Of course, the % is a non-specific portion of that unit.

I asked about that during the signing frenzy. The supervisor said that Florida law requires that timeshare owners be assigned a specific real ownership as in a condominium purchase rather than a co-op. This is probably in response to the fabled "Wanna buy some Florida swampland?" and limited partnership scams of the past.

Thanks DVC_John! I looked at several docs on the Orange county web site and they all have site maps with phase numbers but I see no maps that include 82ish-90.

Did you look at file number documents 20060475414 (pages 1 and 2) and 20060475415 (pages 4 and 5)?
Both are for units 87, 88, and 89, and have SSR site maps with the appropriate building in either a shaded area or an outlined area.

Go to the page with the building diagram/floorplan on it - the one that shows the various units on that floor. The text description will indicate the floor.
Another clue will be the diagram/floorplan. It will be different for each floor, due to the GV's, and the fact that part of the building only has 3 floors.

It would appear that since 87A shares a floor with the second story of the GVs that 87A is on the third floor. So I own .48% of the last building in the paddocks, two dedicated two bed rooms and one lock off on the thrid floor! Thanks for all your help DVC_John! That was a lot of fun for me!
