Welcome everyone to my latest trip report! Thank you all for joining in on the fun!
This trip was to experience all the holiday fun down in Disney World. We had done a December trip two years ago in 2023, but when we went that time, we didn’t do a ton of the holiday stuff since we brought my dad there for his first time in a decade and had SO much new stuff to show him so we didn’t have time for the holiday stuff. So this year we made a point to see as much of the holiday stuff we could! (Spoiler, we STILL didn’t get to it all!...guess that means we have to book another December trip…
)
For this trip we did yet another triple split stay. Yes, we’ve lost our minds. No, we don’t love moving. Part of the reason for the split stay this trip was we wanted to be in hotels near where our late night parties were, so in the MK area for the Christmas Party, and then near HS for Jollywood. That third hotel was thrown in there as a bounce back just to make the trip a tad longer, and to ensure our first day at club level was a full day.
Once again, we had the usual players for this trip, just my mom and myself.
This is my mom, Carol.

She is the best travel buddy, we have so much fun together.
Next up is me, Debbie!

I’ll be narrating this trip report and hope you enjoy following along on all the fun!
For this stay we were there December 6th-13th, and stayed at the Beach Club, Grand Floridian, and the Yacht Club.
This was once again an amazingly fun trip, but also an exhausting trip. Even though we had a decent amount of down time, we still found ourselves wiped out at times, especially after the parties which led to the title of this trip report. The day after the Christmas party I noticed my mom was just staring off into space at one point, so I asked her what was going on in her brain, and without skipping a beat, she replied “Right now, nothing.”
And yes, we did go to the Mickey’s Very Merry Typhoon on Sunday December 7th. That was…interesting. But we’ll get to that later.
Alright let’s jump into this trip report!
