“A problem repeatedly occurred…”

Not sure if anyone else has had this problem but whenever I scroll any of the threads on this website, I get this notification. Then I have to click the back button and start all over. It’s been happening very frequently during the last month or two, especially while scrolling quickly. I feel like I need to scroll ‘like walking on eggshells’. This is the only site for me that this issue occurs. Using iPhone… here’s a screenshot of the message I frequently get:
