When we were there in Nov 2021 they did for my daughter. I asked if they had kid options if they didn't like the meal. They brought nuggets/fries. I'm hoping that still exists, or she'll just eat bread LOL.

That's better than the child not eating, or worse being unhappy and detracting from everyone else's meal.

yes but some people do not realize that they would still have to pay for child because they are not eating any of food

Honestly, I’d choose another dining experience.
