Happy Friday everyone!! It's been a crazy week with work so I haven't checked in since Tuesday. Going back to read what I missed!

DD has girls sleeping over. DH and I have taken after Jeff and Mina and have been hiding out with a bottle of wine and catching up on our DVR shows. Cowardly I know, but self preservation prevails!

Another Deck 7'er!!

I'm getting really excited!! I can't believe that two weeks from today, I will be waking up at the Hyatt and wanting to go down to the terminal and get in line for the bus! Sulley is going to have to sit on me or I will wear a path in the carpet as I pace about....

I decided to let the hubby take the kids to the beach with his extended family without me! I'm going to stay hope and pack for our two week Vac.!!! Woo hoo Only one more week to go for us!

I' might even pull out all of our x-mas decor and get the house ready! Don't worry I won't turn on any lights yet! don't want the neighbors to think I'm crazy. I am just sure after two weeks of disney xmas magic I will be ready for the holidays once we get home!

The weekend following our trip My Mom is coming up from Fl to stay with us for some xmas time fun! might as well be ready!

We are doing the aquaboat and snorkel tour, the last time we did it, we stopped twice to snorkel and it was great.

I woke up this morning thinking that my cold is finally gone.

Haha!! Oh, we will try to contain ourselves....lol!

DH started with a cold yesterday. I was in Disney in September and came home with bronchitis and pnuemonia and am still hacking away after all this time, so if I end up with his cold, I will not be a happy camper! EVERYONE stay healthy!!!

I'm smelling a DIS BOARD run on Castaway.

Oh we will be running!! Directly to our lounge chairs on the adult beach!!!

I'm carrying a back pack for my "personal item" on the plane and then a drag on. I will have a purse on the way back when I buy that new Dooney and Bourke purse on board.

Ooooh, which one are you getting???? I got the Dooney and Bourke wallet this past September and absolutely LOVE it!!!

Am I understanding this right? We have the original list and then a list with add ons of people that came after the cut off? If so, could you please send me the one with the add ons because I too may have extras that I can share.

It has been such a busy week for us, trying to finish up a HUGE reno at home and then on top of it, our DD just became engaged this week!!! We are really happy about it, but totally overwhelmed with all that is going on. What was I thinking, wanting to go away so close to Christmas and all????? 11 more sleeps for us..........eeeekkkkk!!!

I was contemplating at least pulling out our Christmas decs so that it isn't such a chore when we get home, but we put up a live tree, so that will have to wait. Knowing that we get home and Christmas is less than 3 weeks away is VERY overwhelming, which is why I'm ignoring it! Amazon will be my best friend that's for sure!

1 week today we will be on our way to the airport!

Lots of vacation stuff to do today, I know we are all getting to fever point on getting it all done....good luck to all you vacation commando's this weekend!! Some of you have plates that runneth over - I don't know how you are doing it!!

Happy Saturday all!

Kids are at a sleepover at Grammie & Poppa's for the next 2 nights and we are going to get the majority of our X-mas decor put up. The only thing we will wait for the kids on will be "their" smaller tree for the family room and they can put all of their "special" ornaments on. I also CAN'T WAIT for 2 nights of uninterrupted sleep and some "quality" time with my hubby!

Finished all of the packing for the kids and will just finish up the rest of our packing over the weekend & early next week. I just can't believe we leave in a week....can't wait!

Christmas Decorations! ACK!

I completely forgot about those...usually they go up the day after Thanksgiving. Alas, the kitty cats will be all over them if I put them up before leaving. Ugh! Just something to look forward to when I get back. That and the 80 dozen or so cookies I usually bake the first weekend after Thanksgiving. I'm going to have no time to do anything before Christmas!

I'm off and running this morning...DGD turns 4 this coming week so taking her to get her 4 year old picture done then she gets to go 'shopping' with Mema and Mommy....
DGS gets quality time with Daddy and Papa...

Sulley is supposed to get the suitcases out, and when I get home we will get them packed.

Then start dec for Christmas...need the tree up before Thanksgiving so we can take our family picture in front of the tree on Thanksgiving. Usually wait a week, but no time this time! EEEEKKKK!! I hope to put a copy on our stateroom door....

SLOW DOWN?? What the heck is that?

You will see me slowing down with a cocktail in my hand 2 weeks from today.

I also like signing the tags (and seeing them signed), especially when there are crafty people in the group (I would NOT be one of them). Trying to get DS to help me with magnets and the FE gifts today when we get back from dropping off DD at party. His reply? "will I get paid?". OY!

Trying to find my clear contact paper for my magnets...I thought I knew where it was, will need more investigating when we get back...

I'm sure I'll be popping on and off this weekend (especially to announce if I really finish my FE gifts!)

It's 65 and sunny here in CT today...what a glorius day!

Cindy - I'm right with you. I totally feel like the running around crazy guy!!! THe countdowns are giving me a panic attack!

Trying to decide if 6 people and all our luggage can fit in a limo or if we should opt for a van!

Our tree started going up on Oct. 23 (it's a 12' and there were lots of burned out branches, so we knew it was going to take some work to get it back to truly being a 'pre-lit'. took a good week to repair -- good thing DH is an electrician! if it were up to me, the tree would still be half dark).

We knew from experience that November was going to be a whirlwind of extra curricular activities so the tree kept getting pushed back further and further into October.

We typically travel at this time of year. Made the mistake once of waiting until after we returned to get the tree up. Never again! What a nightmare that was, with 2 weeks til Christmas (and all the other crazy stuff that goes with it - baking, wrapping, etc). Didn't have a chance to enjoy any of it.

Oh, and our (tree) lights have been on ever since. By now, our neighbors know to look the other way when they drive by!
