Probably has something to do with being in Ca. there are many a nudist colonies and the like. Matter of fact, I remember reading something somewhere about the award being named after a rather infamous professional nudist who is often referred and revered as the father of nudists. He died 10 years ago. He was the one not wearing anything but a smile..
