I suppose this thread is now applicable to me as the wifey and I decided to get into town a day early of our original arrival date of 9/1. Getting closer as I now see a "2" as the beginning of my countdown timer.

These Star Wars figures.

They are about 6" tall. The price should be between $20 and $25 (that's a guess) but I would like to know the exact price there.

I used a TA, but did not receive our MM until we were about 10 days out. Not saying you shouldn't call, but hopefully it will make you feel a bit better!

Breakfast at The Wave this morning and Kona for dinner. Otherwise, just pool time and relaxation. I think DH and DS may hit MK again though...maybe I can convince them to let DD and me tag along for a bit after breakfast?

We did MK this am, low crowds. Lounging at CR pool for the afternoon, then Narcoossee for dinner!

I spoke with our TA she mailed it snail mail so I just have to wait it out :-( I jut hope the mailman brings me some good stuff today!

I'm 19 days out today too and had to call my TA as I still didn't have it. Finally she found out it was just mailed. It seems that if you use a TA it takes longer for some reason?????

I have soooo much to do and such little time! Sure you say I have 15 days, but tonight we are having kids sleep over, tomorrow we're having a cook-out in the rain and Sunday afternoon and the rest of the week, is dedicated to preparation for vacation bible school on the 10th. Then it's crunch time. Why do I try to fit in soo much in one little month?? I was planning for so long that I didn't get into the actual preparing because I had other things planned to prepare for.
Oy. No one else understands. I was making a packing list on my phone after lunch while I took a short walk - use every moment!
Gotta go finish cleaning for the thrilling cook-out/eat-in tomorrow!! LOL

We've got a couple appointments this week and a crew of workers coming for our year end touch ups with the home builder. before we know it we'll all be ready to jump on the plane and go! (who am I kidding I wanna do that now!) LMAO!

We go to the beach for a week one week from tomorrow! Then we come home, do laundry, re-pack, and get back in the car! I'm doing Disney family movie nights leading up to our trip. We'll do one on Thursday before we go to the beach, then I'll try to squeeze one more in the night before we leave.

I've started compiling a shopping list for myself. I tend to overpack when I'm not prepared because I just throw everything into my suitcase, so I'm hoping with a little more planning I can avoid that. But I always feel like I'm forgetting something.

I have a question. DW wants to use the penny presses on this trip. We are from Canada and i cannot seem to find a bank that has American coin to get before we go. Anyone know where I can get a couple of rolls of quarters in WDW?

I turned 40 9/1/12. This trip is a celebration of that birthday. Sure I am almost 41, but we are celebrating my "40th year" in Disney.

Yay back on the 40 thing! LOL!!
We feel the same... We are celebrating MANY things this year and feel Disney is the BEST place to do it )

oh wow! I had no idea people were having reactions! Now I'm afraid to bring mine since we leave in 3 days and my kids have sensitive skin. Hmmm....something to think about.

I would just wait and save all the change with every purchase, you can change dollars to quarters pretty easily throughout the resorts too

..Can't believe it's finally upon us! On the fourth My lil girl and I were watching fireworks and saying "Our Disneyworld vacation is still so far away!"
Then it was two weeks. Then it was one week..NOW IT'S JUST THREE DAYS!!
Came home from work yesterday and my wife had the suitcases packed. LOL!
Yeah. We're just bouncing off the walls now. Now it's time for cleaning the house (in time for Ma in law who will be house sitting for us.) And checking and re-checking the check lists.
SO STOKED!!
