Just started this today, it makes everything so exciting, even with the extra clutter.

I have a Disney Store reusable shopping bag that is already full of stuff--glow sticks, water bottles, Frogg Toggs, things to keep the kids occupied in the car, light up toys, Mickey ears, and DD's Belle costume!

His antibodies have gone crazy and they feel now is the time to try to bring them down. We are 12 days away from leaving for vacation. We probably have about a 50/50 shot of getting to go. A lot will depend on how he tolerates his treatment and whether or not it works. Even more important than Disney is getting him healthy. THANK YOU to all of my friends here for being so supportive!! We will keep you posted!!!

I don't even know where to start this time around. In December it was so much easier since we didn't need all the summer clothes, but we're wearing what we'll be wearing to Disney now for the most part so it is going to make packing, and coordinating our outfits, that much harder!

I haven't read to the end of the thread but I had to stop and say we're thinking of you (me and my transplant kiddo.) I'm actually headed out to take her to visit with her new boyfriend who is also a transplant kiddo that she met at a camp for kidney kids. I hope this treatment is the trick to knock this rejection back into submission!!!

Yes I agree it makes it harder but I can start gathering the misc. stuff now like the glow sticks, misting fan, water bottles and toiletries now. My girls are also going on a week long camping trip with their nana in two weeks so I can't pack much before they get home but I can make the lists lol.

29 days... Excited sooooo excited! It's been 2 years for us and I'm desperately needing this getaway!

Picked up some Disney shirts yesterday at the Friends and Family 25% sale. Also got some bathing suits for the girls. They weren't the ones I wanted (grumble) but I didn't think I was going to win that battle with my wife. I wanted the swim shirts to help prevent sunburn but it looks like we'll just have to slather on the sun screen instead.

30 days to go! Starting to get more excited as now it really feels like it's just around the corner.

My MIL is going with us, and she doesn't ride roller coasters (BTMRR), anything that leaves the ground (like Dumbo), or anything with a drop (Splash). My kids are 10 and 7. Will they be able to ride together on a ride if I am also on the ride, but in the car/seat in front of them?
