Be Our Guest would be my choice, but I haven't actually eaten there yet, which is a big driver of that decision. Otherwise, Hollywood Brown Derby in DHS.
Sorry, and for the "Why?": Be Our Guest would be because it seems like it will be a truly wonderful experience.

So, if I had a choice Biergarten it is, though I'm not a fan of buffets, I love German food, alas the family & friends, not so much!
BTW, we ate at BOG Thanksgiving week, it was fab! It's beautiful, the food was very good and the Beast was there for a nano second!

My favorite (and hardly ever can get ressie there!) is LeCellier in Canada/Epcot. We have never had a bad meal there, and especially love the spinach baked cheese appetizer thing served at dinner! YUM!

My wife and I love the atmosphere and cuisine at the San Angel Inn. It was the first restaurant we ate at on our honeymoon 17 years ago and we always go back on every trip.
