Boo To You is my favorite parade ever! Like even though Festival of Fantasy & Soundsational look amazing (haven't seen either of them yet), I don't think anything will ever top Boo To You for me just cause I love Halloween so much. I agree the villains song is perfect and really the whole entire parade soundtrack is so much fun. I listen to it waaaay too often.

I love the CM that spoke to you in character! It really is so much fun. When I went as Mickey Mouse in 2012, characters and CMs frequently called me boss, in fact one even nervously approached me to see how he was doing on the job It was so cute.

Yay for such a short Jack & Sally line! They were SO great when I saw them. I went as a Haunted Mansion Ballroom Dancer and I had plastic spiders attached to my dress and Jack yelled "Sally! She brought me snacks!" and started pretending to eat them off my dress

This TR photos come from many camera we have some iphone5s, iphone4, cannon T2I (which is the classiest one) and another canon digital camera.
I'm obsessed with the Soundsational soundtrack I havent seen either as well. So Boo to You is my top one.
I love MNSSHP because I love how most guests are in costume. It really makes the event. The CMs make such great comments through the night. I just love it!
Oh my gosh Jack is just too funny!
I'm glad we decided to meet them at the party, I also was a fan of the short line!​

Disney has no clue what they're in for! I'm sure you guys will be awesome CM's and just light up the place, although planking is frowned upon by the "program".

Maybe a little Plank in the Park during the 24hrs would be nice.

The End To A Spooktacular Celebration​

After our meet and greet with Jack and Sally it was time for some Stepsisters! Alicia’s roommate is a character attendant and was kind enough to tell us when the stepsisters come out. I believe by this time it was 10:30ish, which is when the second parade is starting in frontierland.

They came out and I was first.



Anastasia was mad that no one dressed up as her but Drizella was very happy



TWINNING!



After hanging out with the Tremaines we made our way back down Main Street. Boo to You Part 2 was happening and we sang along and danced as we made our way to fantasyland.

Once arriving in fantasyland we made our way inside of the brand new fairytale hall to visit Rapunzel and Flynn. The wait time was a good 30 minutes or so, we waited forever!





We finally made it to the front of the line and were escorted into the room.
There waiting for us was Rapunzel, Flynn, Snow White and Snow’s Prince.
Brittany went up first because she wanted a solo picture. They talked about having a frying pan handy always because you never know when you might run into some ruffians or thugs.





And then I hopped into the photo



Rapunzel and Flynn were a little awkward…
Once we left them we decided that we didn’t really need to meet Snow white because she was still with a family so we left. Sorry Snow maybe next time.

We headed over to HM because I NEEDED TO SEE MADAME CARLOTTA!
Luckily for us she had no audience so we hopped in line and talked to her. Oh my gosh she is literally so funny! She named all our characters, but had a hard time with Clopin but she ended up getting it! She then talked about madam leota and how she has noBODY to dance with. She told us to go on into the mansion…but we were really not feeling that.



So we hopped over the chains and ran out because we didn’t want to ride the ride.
Instead we decided to go in search of some more candy! We headed back to fantasyland where we ran into Andy’s favorite thing to see during MNSSHP…the candy lights



Since we were right at the Peter Pan candy line we decided to hop in it. When we reached the CM it was the same girl from the beginning of the party. She told me that my costume was still the best costume she has seen all night. Then she looked at Brittany and said “Sorry”

We went in search of more candy because you can never have enough. We headed towards Storybook circus and got confused. We saw the candy sign but we didn’t know where to go. We walked to the entrance of the sideshow and heard/saw CMs hanging out in a seating area behind the splash area.

From there we headed to the trail that leads to space mountain. This one is a candy trail, which means 3 candy stops in one. So we stopped at the first CMs who talked to Brittany about Flynn and if we meant him. While they were fan girling over Flynn they gave us big handfuls of candy. Then we skipped off to the middle CM. This is when they refused to give us candy because we went the wrong way. Last year it was the opposite way but I guess this year they changed it. So we were given no candy…way to give us a magical moment.
So we headed the wrong way still because we wanted to go on space before the party ended. Luckily the CMs at the “beginning” were kind enough to give us candy.

Since the trail ends at Space Mountain we decided to hit it up before we left. There we met up with Danielle and Adam.





After our ride through space kiss was a little parched and had to buy some pop. While he did that is 4 goofed off like usual





Before we left we noticed the party light in tomorrow land and of course had to use that for our video.
After that we headed to main street where we noticed that stores close exactly at midnight. It’s not like a normal night in the MK when main street stays open after the park closes. The CMs were literally locking the doors…no starbucks for you!

So we exited the park after having a wonderful time! For anyone who is thinking about going to a Halloween party…GO! It is so worth the money!



We got in line at the boat dock and that when everything went down hill. Turns out they mixed up the signs so all us guests wanted to go to Fort Wilderness were actually in line to go to the Wilderness lodge. SO MANY ANGERY PEOPLE! But it was ok because we all got on the right boat.

Brittany and myself ended up sharing a bench with these 2 precious children. The little boy said “Bye Disney see ya real soon” as we were pulling away from the MK. So precious! Brittany and I talked about what we were doing tomorrow since we were leaving. We could go to the park because we have a pass but at that moment I just wanted to sleep in and relax. Brittany ended up making a comment saying that she was surprised I said that because that is not how I do Disney.

When we arrived to FW we hopped in the gold cart and headed back to Bobcat Bend. Randy was driving like a CRAZY person and I surprised none of us fell out. When we arrived back at the cabin I laid in Gma’s bed and told her how glad I was that she made me my costume. She was glad we all had a good time and that she enjoyed the party.

We all got ready for bed and hit the hay by 1.
Tomorrow we were leaving the magical place on earth.

Thank you! It was strange, I would have thought the CMs at the "last" stop of the trail would have told us. But they didn't.​

Everyday We're Shuffling....DOUBLE FAIL!​

It was our morning in Disney World and I was awoken from a text and then a call from my lovely school telling me that classes were canceled. First off it is saturaday and secondly I’m in Disney and I already skipped a week of classes. So I went back to sleep because nobody got time for that.
A little later we started moving, we didn’t have a game plan for today so it was pretty much pack up our 20 thousand bags up and grab lunch somewhere before it was time to leave. After I finished packing I decided to go through the bag full of our Fish Extender gifts. And boy was there a lot!

I sorted the gifts into 4 groups, some gifts had names for things for each person. Others had 4 of the same things.



And other gifts were one big thing for the whole stateroom. That stuff went into its own pile so we could sort that out together



Once we sorted out everything with our FE gifts we tried to make a plan. We talked about going to a park but that was crossed out soon after we found out that someone was coming to get our luggage at 11. So instead we decided to go play some shuffle board.

We hopped into the golf cart and headed to the recreation area near the campfire sing a long area.



So many other guests were renting bikes, boats, and fishing equipment…I just love this resort so much!
The recreation CM was a little slow. We waited forever and we weren’t even sure if we were at the right place for shuffleboard stuff.



We were however in the correct spot and we just had to give her our room key.
The only reason we wanted shuffleboard stuff was for our video. We got the idea for “everyday I’m shuffling” on the cruise. But for some silly reason we forgot all about it on the Dream and we were lucky enough that fort wilderness has a shuffleboard court.

After about 10 minutes we were done and took the equipment back
Shuffleboard however took a lot out of Brittany so she had to do a little planking

So we went back to the recreation center and talked about how the lady was going to ask us why we didn’t play for long. Brittany decided she was going to tell her “We thought it was going to be fun…..but it wasn’t” However she never asked.

As we headed back to the golf cart Andy decided to play leap frog with the poles. This started a whole new thing of Brittany not being able to. So while we were keeping ourselves entertained we didn’t realize that a CM was watching us from afar. Well he noticed that Brittany didn’t make it on her first try and shouted out FAIL. This made Brittany try again…ending in another fail, which lead the CM to shout out DOUBLE FAIL!

We laughed all the way back to the golf cart and then admired the cart parked next to us



As we made it back to Bobcat Bend we saw Gma relaxing on the porch



Then it was time to say goodbye to our lovely cabin



Robert was kind enough to come and pick up our luggage for us. And boy was there a lot of it!





With our luggage and family taken by Robert in the van the 5 children took the golf cart back to be returned. So all of us 3 girls crammed back into the back seat.
We gave back the cart and walked to the luggage area to send off our stuff to the airport. When we were checking in the CM told us that southwest was down at the moment, which meant that we would be checking our luggage at the airport….

So while Ma was trying to see if there could be anything done the rest of us just stood around and waited









Nothing could be done and Robert told us that he wished he could drive us to the airport but he couldn’t. So instead he asked if we wanted him to drive us anywhere around the resort. We thanked him for his help but decided to get on a bus to the settlement.

Last day blues!

Pretty cool that the resort offers so much in the way of recreation. I bet it's a lot of fun to spend down days at the Fort!

So we went back to the recreation center and talked about how the lady was going to ask us why we didn’t play for long. Brittany decided she was going to tell her “We thought it was going to be fun…..but it wasn’t” However she never asked.

First, I love that y'all thought of responses to the question you thought she would ask. Second, I love what Brittany came up with! And third, I'm really sad the lady didn't ask because I would love to know what her reaction would have been!!

I have been reading for hours I just finished the cruise part of your trip report it is great. it looks like you had so much fun on the cruise I have to ask can you rent DVC points from members to go on a members cruise I would love to take a cruise where the focus is on going to castaway cay. it looks like the members cruise was great.

nice photos of Fort Wilderness. i really enjoyed our stays there. but then again i love every resort we've stayed at on property. i can now check Shades of Green off the list. it opened as the Disney Inn way back when. the rooms are some of the largest on property. and so quite there. i meant to go to Trails End this time but it didn't work out. i had a senior moment and by the time i thought about eating there i was already devouring my fish at Columbia Harbour House. oh well, i'll be back. by george Brittany may not be able to leap a pole but she don't have to take a back seat to anybody when it comes to planking. Hail To The Queen!

Thank you so much for taking out time to read this trip report. I truly appreciate it. I'm actually not sure about renting points. However I do know that some cruises just focus on castaway away. Double dipping cruises, they are however very little itineraries that do this.​

Same here! Every Disney resort has something nice about staying at them. We will have to have her practice her pole leaping this upcoming may.​

When The DDP Breaks A Family Apart​

The bus ride to the settlement was the most awkward disney bus ride I have ever been on! So Alicia, Andy, Brittany, kiss and myself took the back row on the bus so we could all sit together. Then Alicia started group texting Brittany and myself that the rest of the people in the back of the bus were entertainment CM. She was listing everyone’s friends. Now this wasn’t the awkward part because they had no clue who we were.

Then Alicia started texting about one of the guys. She said that Ryan was friends with him or knew him. Then she said that he was friends with Flynn…the one we met the night before to be exact. I couldn’t really tell because he was wearing a hat and sunglasses. So once again it wasn’t bad because he didn’t know who we were.

So then one of the girls noticed mine and Brittany’s toms which made everyone look at them. This is when flynn’s friend raised his sunglasses to look…we recognized his face and we are pretty sure he recognized the shoes since he saw them 12 hours ago at MNSSHP.

Luckily for us the bus stopped at the settlement and we all left the awkward bus. The group of CMs ended up going to trails end while we went to the boat dock.

Bye Eugene it’s been real…



We decided that we would head over to the contemporary for some lunch.
Look at my big happy family





A boat pulled up but unfortunately we were at the cut off point. Gma however asked if there was room for one more. She hopped onto that boat and said she would meet us over there.

Another boat pulled into the dock shortly after. This is when we found out that this boat was going straight over to the contemp and the other boat was making a stop at Wilderness lodge before the contemp. So Gma was going on a little adventure.

We are sailing sailing away! On a wonderous journey beginning today!









Once we arrived at the contemporary we waited for Gma.
In the meantime we walked around. Andy, Alicia, and Kiss decided to go play in the water area and get their feet wet.
Brittany and I saw Mickey…which lead to one thing

Gma finally showed up to the party and we all headed in for some grub.
We headed up to Contempo Café, Pa stopped to take a picture of the mural. #nativepride





Ordering was a bit hectic. Some of us still had a meal left while others used theirs at the party the night before. We managed to get everything settled. While we were waiting CM Stanely told us “we could go find a seat because the buzzers work there as well and that us standing around wouldn’t make our food come out faster” However we didn’t listen to him and our food was ready quickly.

Once our food came out Stanely yelled “Gramma’s food is ready!”
We took our food to a table Ma got for us. Nobody took a food picture but me I guess. So I got the flatbread, which is definitely not as good as the regular Disney pizza. I also got a birthday cupcake for my dessert



I ended up splitting the cupcake with Brittany





It looked so good but unfortunately is was a disappointment. It was no funfetti it was just dry.
The meal was hectic…everyone was complaining about who had snacks left. This is ALWAYS a problem when we come to Disney someone is always stealing someone else’s snack credits. Then we found out that Ma still had a meal credit use.
Alicia made a good comment “The Disney dining plan is enough to break a family apart” But really I’m surprised it didn’t break our family apart yet

We got the snack credit headache taken care of and the 4 of us who had passes headed over the MK to get some snacks for everyone.

ahahah, the awkward moment of running into entertainment cm's out of costume!! really though, it always takes a while to recognize them without the make up and wigs, it's happened a few times to me and it's just weird! Even some of my actual friends are completely transformed out of character lol!! hilarity!

Ahaha, the ddp really is enough to tear people apart on vacation!! I was fine when it was just me & Mom, or just the bff & I, but when we went with a group of 4 it was ALWAYS a "you don't have that, that's mine!" kinda thing, and it's just awkward!

Also just have to say that I'm SUPER excited for May when I finally get to MEET YOU!!! hahahaha!
