We really had a blast! Did you see I finally got into the DSLR world also?!?!? I'm so loving my new D5000 and can't wait to take it with me next trip! It's only been a week so I still have a lot of learning to do, but I have a whole year to figure it out.

I did notice the ticker! If I remember correctly, aren't you doing a marathon in Disney?

I really wanted to say thank you to everybody for sticking around. If it weren't for all the kind words along the way, I'm not sure it would have been completed. Thanks for coming back to see where we were at even after it seemed like I took a vacation in between updates. If the flight home is the only bad part of a trip, I'll take it every time! I just saw the pictures from the first 1/2 of the trip are back up so the bandwidth on my acct must have been reset. I'm thinking of going back and reading it from the beginning to start getting ready for next year!

I've been doing pretty good with it so far! I've stopped taking pictures of my socks and the blind spot my dog has is fading away finally! The day I got it, I took the night off from work and went to Nate's Soccer practice. I took about 200 shots in about 1 1/2 hrs and some of them were pretty darn good if I do say so myself! I'm loving the DOF I get with my 55-200mm!

Now, about this marathon. Are you sure this is even legal? I haven't had to run ANYWHERE since I got my drivers license 15 yrs ago and 26.2 miles seems a bit much. I'm not positive but I think that may be the reason they wanted to shut down Guantanamo Bay. Seriously though, God speed and take a camera with you!!!

I have to say that you did an amazing job sharing your memories with us! I have just now finished it and Im sitting here at work trying to dry my eyes! Your pictures were ABSOLUTELY PRECIOUS!!!!! The last one topped it off. We will be there next week! Ive told my mom and sister how many pics you took and they were off buying more SD cards!!!!
