We're going back to Walt Disney World in May 09!...pics added

The house is just beautiful and the yard looks amazing too. i have my fingers crossed for that your house sells and they take the offer for the new house :goodvibes. Hopefully you don't close until June though ;) and you can still go on your Disney trip. I love all the stuff you got from Disney Store, very cute shirts. Kaylee has that Hello kitty from build a Bear too.

Thanks Nichole! The later the closing the better :goodvibes I hope we do get to follow through with the trip because from the sounds of it, Lindsey and Kaylee should hit it off at the DIS meet. They have many similar interests.

I have been wracking my brain trying to come up with ways to keep our trip as planned. I am thinking of cancelling my reservation through AAA because they want us to pay off the trip by the end of next week. On the other hand if I am booked through WDW I have to pay the trip off by the 1st. This will allow me more cushion time to find out what is going to happen. I'm kind of disappointed in AAA because they aren't returning my calls. I'd rather not cancel with them if they will give me the window that WDW allows but I"m getting really annoyed by the lack of concern.

Okay do you think I should rebook? I called WDW and they have to have a letter from AAA relinquishing their rights for them to take over. :confused3

Good luck on the house! It is simply beautiful!!!

I'm don't know what I'd do about the trip, my concern is if I rebooked would there be a fine with AAA. I'm not sure how the whole thing works though.

That is so strange that AAA is making you pay the trip off early, I can't see any reason that they should be doing that. That being said if canceling with them makes your trip plans more flexible I would do it. There should only be a minimal fee, $20. for canceling.

Thanks Leanne and Lessa!

I left a message with the AAA agent basically telling her I was going to cancel and rebook with Disney so that I would have more time to see if we would be moving. She called back and said that it was their policy to ask you to pay it 10 days in advance. BUT, then she said that if I called her with my card number on the 1st it would be no problem. HOOORAY!!!! It's going to work out! I called Disney this morning to see what my options were and I was so disappointed. The lady I spoke with was so rude. I have never had that type of experience with Disney reservation specialists. A bit disappointing really. :sad2:

It's good to here you aren't going to have the hassle of rebooking, and making sure everything is the same, and so on and so forth.

Any word on the house yet?!:rolleyes1 popcorn::

No news on the house yet...:rolleyes1 The seller and his agent are supposed to meet around noon today. We should know more this afternoon. :headache:

In the meantime, Joe is driving me crazy about vacation. One minute he says we must go and the next minute he says that he doesn't know if we can. His indecisiveness is really, really annoying. I'm trying to stay cool and not let it rattle me until we know for sure what's going on with the house. If the deal doesn't work out I would just be arguing with him for nothing. I'm lazy. I don't want to waste the energy until its worth it. :lmao:

Hopefully, you'll here something soon! You guys must be on pins and needles! I really hope everything works out and you get the house and get to go to Disney. Besides, you're going to need a vacation after all of the house stress!:rotfl:

I hear ya! My life is usually very boring :rotfl2: I'm not used to a lot of chaos.

I will let you guys know as soon as I hear something.

I had the follow up interview to last week's interview this morning. I think it went really well. They have an interview tomorrow with the other remaining candidate and I should hear something in the next week. Just what I need...more waiting for an answer. I have to get the Girl Scout Cookies out of my house or they are goners. Stress eating is a huge weakness of mine. I was eating thin mints at 12:30 this morning.:scared:

Hoping you hear something soon. Joe needs to chill :) Jeff would be the exact same way. I agree that it is not worth the effort to argue.

Thanks Leanne!

I wish he would chill. He's has drank a few beers every night since we decided to make the offer and even that isn't doing the trick on this one. We went to friends for a little while last night and he seemed to relax a little.

I really hope you are right! Friday is going to be a really good or really bad day. I'm hoping my Friday the 13th is awesome :goodvibes

Our agent called yesterday and said that the guy that owns the house didn't show for the noon meeting :headache: The listing agent has faxed him the offer and he is expected to come to town tomorrow now. The listing agent suspects that he will counter our offer. We think that this is a good thing because the owner must think our offer is close enough to negotiate. If this guy gets obnoxious Joe and I have agreed to walk away and buy it at the master commissioner's sale at the end of the month. I wouldn't think the owner would want to completely destroy his credit but he does own three homes in the same state and didn't come to town like he was scheduled:confused3 SO I guess the wait is on for at least another 30 hours or so :rolleyes1

Sorry everything is so :headache: with the home owner and deciding if your going on vacation or not . I hear on the girl scout cookies too. Four boxes gone in only 2 days in my house. I ate a box of thin mints by myself :guilty: and now I have to work them off. Keep us posted :goodvibes.

Ugh, how frustrating about the owner. Doesn't he understand we're all waiting here and there is a Disney vacation at stake!?!:rotfl:

I haven't had time to work off the 1.5 boxes I have eaten this week. :sad2: I have to get back on the wagon. Still no word on the house....I'm still going forward as if we are going to WDW. There are still many options to go even if we buy.

Tell me about it...the anticipation and anxiety are brutal. I will pop on as soon as I know something.

Keep your fingers crossed ladies!
